    摘要: There are provided a transformer and a flat panel display device including the same capable of securing leakage inductance and allowing easy manufacturing. The transformer according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: a bobbin part including a plurality of bobbins each including a tube-shaped body part having a penetration hole therein and one of flange parts protruded outwardly from both sides of the body part; a core inserted into the penetration holes in the bobbins to form a magnetic circuit; a coil part including respective coils wound around the bobbins; and a bobbin fixing member combined with either side surface of the bobbin part in which at least two of the bobbins are laminated, to fix and combine at least two of the bobbins.

    摘要: An organic light-emitting display device and a method of manufacturing the same. The organic light-emitting display device includes a first film formed of an inorganic material, a second film that is formed of an organic material and formed on the first film, and includes a first surface and a second surface facing each other and lateral surfaces at boundaries of the first surface and the second surface, with the first surface contacting the first film, a third film that is formed of an inorganic material and covers the second surface and lateral surfaces of the second film, with a first sealing region contacting the first film being formed at a boundary between the second film and the third film, an organic light-emitting unit that is disposed on the third film to overlap with the second film, and a fourth film that covers the organic light-emitting unit, with a second sealing region contacting the third film being formed at a boundary of the fourth film. Accordingly, the organic light-emitting display device is protected from water penetration, thereby providing a long life span to the organic light-emitting display device.

The rotating type thin film deposition apparatus includes a deposition device; a circulation running unit that runs a deposition target on a circulation track via a deposition region of the deposition device; and a support unit that supports the deposition target and moves along the circulation track. Thin layers can be precisely and uniformly formed on the entire surface of a deposition target, and since deposition is performed while a plurality of deposition targets move along a caterpillar track, a working speed is faster compared to a method involving a general reciprocating motion, and the size of the thin film deposition apparatus can be reduced.

    摘要: An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display includes: a substrate; an organic light emitting diode formed on the substrate; a first inorganic layer formed on the substrate and covering the organic light emitting diode; an intermediate layer formed on the first inorganic layer and covering an area relatively smaller than the first inorganic layer; and a second inorganic layer formed on the first inorganic layer and the intermediate layer, and contacting the first inorganic layer at an edge thereof while covering a relatively larger area than the intermediate layer. A third inorganic layer may be formed on the second inorganic layer so as to contact the second inorganic layer at an edge thereof. At least one of the first, second and third inorganic layers is formed by an atomic layer deposition (ALD) method.
