    Abstract: An apparatus, a method, and a computer program product are provided. The apparatus includes at least one memory including computer program code, and at least one processor. The at least one memory and the computer program code are configured to, with the at least one processor, cause the apparatus at least to receive a request to generate a prior authorization form for a prescription drug, and select the prior authorization form from a plurality of prior authorization forms based on the request. The prior authorization form is selected based on at least one of a user search result and a standardized transaction. The at least one memory and the computer program code are further configured to, with the at least one processor, cause the apparatus at least to transmit the selected prior authorization form to a user so that the user can complete and submit the prior authorization form to the health plan and receive a determination on the request.

    Abstract: A portable oxygen concentrator includes a pair of sieve beds, a compressor for delivering air to the sieve beds, a reservoir receiving oxygen-enriched gas from the sieve beds, and an air manifold attached to the first ends of the sieve beds. A set of valves operate under the control of a controller for selectively opening and closing the valves to alternately charge and purge the sieve beds to deliver oxygen-enriched gas into the reservoir. In addition, an exhaust passage communicates with the plurality of sieve beds to deliver a flow of nitrogen evacuated from the sieve beds such that the flow of the nitrogen is directed at or across the controller to cool the controller.

    Abstract: A turbine nozzle for a gas turbine engine includes a nozzle segment having an airfoil-shaped vane with a root, a tip, a leading edge, a trailing edge and opposed curved pressure and suction sides. An arcuate inner band segment is attached to the root of the vane. The inner band segment includes an inner flowpath surface bounded at forward and aft ends thereof by a forward-facing surface and an aft-facing surface, respectively.
