摘要: A rod connector is provided with a rod supporting portion in a part of a connector main body supported to a leading end of a shank portion. A rod pressing portion is provided in a side opposing to the rod supporting portion, and a rod is clamped and fixed by the rod pressing portion and the rod supporting portion. At this time, small convex portions provided in the rod supporting portion eat into the rod.

摘要: A process for manufacturing a fluid, including the steps of punching spout or outlet plug fitting holes in both a plate of a tubular blank of the carton and a plastic film constituting the internal bag at a predetermined place where a spout or outlet plug is attached to the tubular blank and the internal bag, the tubular blank containing the plastic film and having a closed bottom wall, fitting the spout or outlet plug in the spout or outlet plug fitting holes from inside the tubular plug, and welding the spout or outlet plug to the plastic film. An apparatus of manufacturing a fluid container, including a circulating conveyor conveying a tubular blank of the carton, the tubular blank containing a plastic film constituting the internal bag, and having a closed bottom wall, a punch cutting spout or outlet plug fitting holes in predetermined portions of a plate of the tubular blank and the plastic film which have been delivered by the circulating conveyor to a predetermined place, and a spout or outlet plug welder provided downstream of the punch and welding the spout or outlet plug which has been fitted in the spout or outlet plug fitting holes to the tubular blank and the plastic film which have been delivered by the circulating conveyor to a predetermined place.

摘要: A filling and sealing apparatus has a temporary spout attaching device for temporarily attaching a spout onto a wall of a package having one end open and the other end closed, a spout fusing device for fusing the temporarily attached spout to the package, a filling device for filling the package with fluid through the open end thereof and a package sealing device for sealing the open end of the package filled with liquid. The spout fusing device includes an anvil adapted to be inserted into the package having the temporarily attached spout, a ultrasonic fusing device arranged in facing relation to the anvil and a temperature regulation device for supplying temperature regulation fluid through the anvil. The anvil may be formed with a groove in one of side surfaces thereof for receiving the temporarily mounted spout. The spout fusing device has a ultrasonic vibration horn. The ultrasonic horn has a top end portion formed with a recess for receiving a pouring portion of the spout protruding outwardly from the package and vibrating at ultrasonic frequency. An elastic member is provided in the recess of the ultrasonic vibration horn and partially in contact with an inner peripheral surface of the recess, so that the spout is pressedly held by the elastic member.

摘要: This electromagnetic relay includes: a base assembly; an electromagnetic block assembly, mounted to the base, including an iron core and an electromagnetic coil wound around the core; a movable block assembly, which is selectively attracted by the electromagnetic block assembly according to energization of the electromagnetic coil thereof, and is movable along a direction perpendicular to the axial line of the iron core; a contact mechanism including a movable contact support member actuated by the movement of the movable block assembly, a movable contact mounted to the movable contact support member near one extremity thereof, a fixed terminal member supporting the movable contact support member from the base assembly near another extremity thereof, a fixed contact support member mounted to the base assembly opposing the movable contact support member, and a fixed contact mounted to the fixed contact support member opposing the movable contact; a means for guiding the movable block assembly along the aforesaid direction perpendicular to the axial line of the iron core; a projection formed on a surface of the movable block assembly facing the base assembly; and a guide projection wall, extending from the base assembly, along a surface formed on which the projection slides; the movable block assembly being engaged to the movable contact support member so as to be substantially fixed thereto with regard to mutual movement along the axial direction of the movable contact support member. Thereby, wobbling of the movable block assembly is prevented.

The data-transferring apparatus includes a unit for receiving broadcast program data, a unit for compression-encoding the broadcast program data received by the receiving unit, and a communications control device. The communications control device is configured to perform data-transfer between an external network and the information-processing terminal, in accordance with requests transmitted by radio signal from the information-processing terminal, and to transmit, by radio signal, data received from the external network and the compression-encoded broadcast program data to the information-processing terminal in a time-divided fashion when the communications control device receives the compression-encoded broadcast program data provided in the apparatus.
