    摘要: Peripheral surfaces of end portions of individual optical fibers constituting a first optical fiber array are in close contact with an optical fiber fitting surface of a base, while the peripheral surfaces of the end portions of the individual optical fibers are in close contact with one another. Peripheral surfaces of end portions of optical fibers on both sides out of the individual optical fibers constituting the first optical fiber array are in close contact with a pair of stopper members, respectively, disposed on both sides of an end portion of the first optical fiber array. A second optical fiber or optical fiber array is opposed to an end face of the end portion of the first optical fiber array. Between projecting portions of the pair of stopper members projected from the end face of the first optical fiber array, peripheral surfaces of end portions of the individual optical fibers constituting the second optical fiber or optical fiber array are in close contact with the optical fiber fitting surface of the base.

    摘要: A polarized relay with an electromagnetic drive comprises an electromagnetic yoke composed of a core wound with a coil and a yoke body, and having one end portion of one magnetic polarity and a pair of bifurcated end portions of the other magnetic polarity opposite to the one magnetic polarity. The bifurcated end portions are separated in opposition from each other. The one end portion of the yoke is disposed between the bifurcated end portions so as to cooperate to form a pair of working gaps. A movable block of a substantially C-like configuration incorporating a permanent magnet has two magnetic pole pieces which are disposed within the working gaps, respectively. Guide is provided for guiding the movable block in response to energization and deenergization of the coil so that the pole pieces are movable within the respective working gaps. A contact mechanism including movable contacts is mechanically coupled to the movable block to make or break circuit.

    摘要: The invention intends to provide a direct current load breaking contact point constitution that can make and break an electrical circuit under both direct current loads of direct current resistance load and direct current inductance load over a long period of time without causing problems such as {circle around (1)} the conduction defect due to the consumption of the contact point, {circle around (2)} the locking due to material transfer from one contact point to the other contact point, {circle around (3)} the welding between the contact points, and {circle around (4)} the abnormal arc continuation, and a direct current load breaking switching mechanism such as a relay, a switch and so on that has the contact point constitution. The direct current load breaking contact point constitution according to the invention comprises a movable contact point and a stationary contact point that face each other; wherein the movable contact point is made of AgSnO2In2O3 alloy that contains at least Ag, 8 to 15% by weight in total of metal oxides including SnO2 and In2O3, 6 to 10% by weight of SnO2 and 1 to 5% by weight of In2O3; the stationary contact point is made of AgZnO alloy that contains at least Ag and 7 to 11% by weight of ZnO; and polarity of a movable side is (+) and that of a stationary side is (−).

    摘要: A short-circuit detector has connected between positive and negative terminals of a DC power source a series connection including sequentially a first switch, a first detection resistor, a second detection resistor and a second switch, a third switch between a grounding terminal such as a vehicle chassis and a point between the first and second detection resistors and a voltage detector circuit connected in parallel with the first and second detection resistors. A control circuit is connected to the voltage detector circuit, serving to calculate a voltage value of the DC power source by switching on only the first and second switches, to calculate a first voltage drop value across the first detection resistor by switching on only the first and third switches, to calculate a second voltage drop value across the second detection resistor by switching on only the second and third switches and to determine presence or absence of short-circuited conditions at the positive and negative terminals of the DC power source on the basis of the calculated voltage value, the first voltage drop value and the second voltage drop value.
