An image acquisition unit of the image acquisition apparatus captures the wireless communication setting information, and a communication setting unit makes wireless communication setting of the image acquisition apparatus based on the captured wireless communication setting information. One of the image acquisition apparatus and image receiving unit further includes a detection unit configured to detect that the distance from the image acquisition unit to the display unit is within a predetermined value when the wireless communication setting information is captured, and a warning unit configured to give a warning when the detected distance is within the predetermined value.
