Abstract:
A method for assembling or disassembling spokes of a tubeless wheel includes following steps: selecting a rim, assembling an adaptor onto an assembling tool, assembling the adaptor to the position hole, assembling a spoke, assembling the spoke to the adaptor and disassembling the assembling tool from the adaptor. Therefore, a user can assemble or disassemble the spokes easily and conveniently.
Abstract:
A method for controlling an electronic apparatus including a touchless interface and a control interface, comprising: detecting a first control action applied to the touchless interface; detecting a second control action applied to the control interface; and controlling the electronic apparatus to perform a corresponding function according to the first control action and the second control action.
Abstract:
A method for playing an audio-video (AV) file is provided. The first AV file is played in a first or a second player. The first and the second players are coupled to one first digital media server. First, the first digital media server outputs a first AV file to the first player for playing the same. Next, the first player outputs a first pausing signal corresponding to the first AV file to the first digital media server. Then, the first digital media server pauses the first AV file and generates a first pausing data recording a first pausing time. Next, the second player outputs a pause-canceling signal to the first digital media server. When the pause-canceling signal corresponds to the first AV file, the first digital media server starts outputting the first AV file to the second player from the first pausing time.
Abstract:
A method for utilizing a media adapter to manage multimedia data stored in a plurality of multimedia sources includes: the media adapter receiving an user access data; obtaining access corresponding to the user access data; setting the access corresponding to the user access data of the plurality of multimedia sources; comparing access corresponding to the user access data of the multimedia data stored in the plurality of multimedia sources with access corresponding to the user access data received by the media adapter; and the media adapter respectively managing the multimedia data stored in the plurality of multimedia sources according to a comparison result. The method allows a user to login to different multimedia sources by utilizing a user access data.

Abstract:
A remote controller with memory capability includes a status button, a memory, a processing unit, and a transceiver device. The memory is utilized for storing a status information of an electronic product. When the status button is pressed, the processing unit generates a control signal and determines whether the status information exists in the memory. When the status button is pressed and the status information does not exist in the memory, the transceiver device outputs the control signal and receives the status information and the memory stores the status information. When the status button is pressed and the status information exists in the memory, the transceiver device outputs the control signal and the status information stored in the memory.
Abstract:
A video displaying device connected to a first display comprises a connecting port, a second display, a signal processing unit, a microcontroller, and a switching unit. The connecting port is used for connecting to the first display, the signal processing unit is used for generating a first video signal, the microcontroller is used for generating a control signal and transmitting the control signal to the signal processing unit for generating a second video signal, and the switching unit is used for triggering the signal processing unit to selectively transmit the first video signal and the second video signal to the connecting port and the second display.
Abstract:
A method for adaptive encoding a video signal and an apparatus therefor. A predetermined frame resolution and quantizer step size are provided. A first input frame of the video signal is subsequently sampled and encoded based on the predetermined frame resolution and the quantizer step size, respectively. If the size of the encoded first input frame is substantially greater than a first predetermined encoding size, the predetermined frame resolution is reduced and the first input frame is sampled accordingly. The method further includes reducing the predetermined frame resolution if the time period spent in encoding is substantially greater than a predetermined encoding time. The method reduces packet loss or delay during transfer at constant bit rate.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a body weight driven treadmill, and when the exerciser steps on the treadmill, the exerciser's body weight acts as a loading to tilt the pedal platform upward from the rear back of the treadmill, since the base of the treadmill has a front supporting rod and a rear supporting rod, wherein the radius of the front supporting rod is slightly smaller than that of the rear supporting rod, and the points of contact tangential to the ground are different. Such arrangement can slightly tilt the exerciser's body forward, until it reaches equilibrium and a stable position. When the treadmill is stepped by our legs alternately, the pressing foot will tilt forward, and twist the exerciser's waist. Such body weight driven treadmill is a simple and easy-to-assemble structure and does not occupy much space.
Abstract:
A spoked wheel includes a rim, at least one spoke and at least one sealing sticker. The rim includes a spoke bed wall with at least one spoke hole therein, a pair of tire-holding flanges extending from opposite edges of the spoke bed wall, a base wall located radially inboard from the spoke bed wall and connected to the flanges. The base wall has an opening corresponding to the spoke hole of the spoke bed wall. The spoke has a nipple portion inserted in the spoke hole of the spoke bed wall of the rim, and a shank portion extending from the nipple portion and through the opening of the base wall of the rim. The sealing sticker is provided to seal the opening of the base wall of the rim and close any gap between the opening of the base wall and the shank portion of the spoke.
