    摘要: An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display including a microlens array is disclosed. In one embodiment, the OLED includes a substrate and an organic light emitting diode including a first electrode formed on the substrate, an organic emission layer formed on the first electrode, and a second electrode formed on the organic emission layer. The OLED also includes an encapsulation layer covering the organic light emitting diode, wherein part of the encapsulation layer contacts the substrate, and a microlens array neighboring the encapsulation layer. In one embodiment, the distance between the organic emission layer and the microlens array is about 0.5 μm to about 300 μm.
