摘要: A process for vapor-phase carbonylation of methanol to methyl formate, whereby a feed gas containing methanol, carbon monoxide, hydrogen and oxygen is passed through a reactor loaded with a supported nano-scaled platinum group metal heterogeneous catalyst to produce methyl formate by a vapor-phase carbonylation reaction, under reaction conditions with a space velocity of 500-5000 h−1, a temperature of 50-150° C. and a pressure of 0.01-2 MPa. Supported nano-scaled platinum group metal heterogeneous catalysts are prepared via ultrasonic dispersion and calcination. Methyl formate is produced and isolated under relatively mild conditions.

摘要: A process for the production of a carbon supported catalyst, which comprises the following steps: (a) precipitation of at least one metal oxide onto a surface of a carbon-comprising support by preparing an initial mixture, comprising the carbon-comprising support, at least one metal oxide precursor and an organic solvent, and spray-drying of the initial mixture to obtain an intermediate product, (b) loading of noble-metal-comprising particles onto the surface of the intermediate product in a liquid medium by deposition, precipitation and/or reduction of a noble-metal-comprising precursor with a reducing agent, (c) heat treatment of the catalyst precursor resulting from step (b) at a temperature higher than 400° C.

摘要: This disclosure provides a facial green method for metal cyanides preparation, including the following steps: 1) supported metal nanoparticles and Fenton's reagent are mixed with nitrile and then stirred to obtain suspension, wherein metal nanoparticles are selected from a nano metal, nano metal oxide and nano metal salt; 2) centrifuging the suspension to obtain a product and drying the product after stirring to obtain the metal cyanides. As prepared metal cyanides have broad application prospects in the fields of sensor, battery, medicine, electroplating and catalysis. This Fenton-improved cyanation (FIC) method may effectively exclude the toxicity from free cyanide anions and get rid of UV-light, being more energy-saving and more feasible for large-scale industrial production of MCs.

摘要: The catalyst exhibiting hydrogen spillover effect relates to the composition of a catalyst exhibiting hydrogen spillover effect and to a process for preparing the catalyst. The catalyst has a reduced transition base metal of Group VIB or Group VIIIB, such as cobalt, nickel, molybdenum or tungsten, supported on a high porous carrier, such as saponite, the base metal being ion-exchanged with at least one precious metal of Group VIIIB. The process includes the steps of loading the base metal onto the support, reducing the base metal, preferably with H2 at 600° C., and thereafter ion-exchanging the precious metal with the base metal. Preferred examples of the catalyst include a saponite support loaded with about 10-20 wt % cobalt and about 0.1-1 wt % precious metal. The catalyst is optimized for reactions that occur in commercial processes at about 360-400° C., such as in hydrocracking.
