    摘要： A printing apparatus performs a printing process for a printing job including at least one print data and a series of process commands from a host apparatus. A session setup unit sets up a session with the host apparatus and other printing apparatus. A status obtaining unit obtains a status of the other printing apparatus that is in session with the printing apparatus. Upon performing the print process, a job synchronizing unit maintains a synchronization of the print job with the other printing apparatus that is in session with the printing apparatus.

    摘要： In an image forming device, when a priority of outputting input data determined by a priority determining unit is higher than a priority of in-process data during image expansion performed by one of PDL interpreter units, a PDL control unit determines whether the one of the PDL interpreter units supports an interruption process, and an output sequence changing unit changes an output sequence stored in an output sequence storing unit such that, when the one of the PDL interpreter units supports the interruption process, another of the PDL interpreter units performs image expansion of the input data earlier than the image expansion of the in-process data, and when the one of the PDL interpreter units does not support the interruption process, another of the PDL interpreter units performs the image expansion of the input data later than the image expansion of the in-process data.

    摘要： An image forming apparatus for outputting a printed product includes a fusing unit, an image forming control unit to receive print data and print attribution information for printing the printed product; and a print engine including a fusing controller to control a fusing temperature of the fusing unit. The print engine outputs the printed product using a fusing temperature designated by the print attribution information. The fusing controller determines a target fusing temperature for the fusing unit by comparing a first fusing temperature and a second fusing temperature. The first fusing temperature is used for a most recently conducted fusing process. The second fusing temperature is designated by the print attribution information. The fusing controller determines the target fusing temperature to the first fusing temperature or the second fusing temperature depending on the number of colors required for printing the printed product.
