It is a two-shaft kneading apparatus (1) having two screw sets (4) each furnished with a blade portion (7) on an outer surface of a rotating shaft (5), and a barrel (2) having a tubular chamber (3) having the two screw sets (4) disposed therein, and wherein a ratio h/D, where h is a clearance defined between a tip of the blade portion (7) and an inner wall surface of the chamber (3), and D is an inner diameter of the chamber (3), is 0.01 or higher.

    摘要: This invention provides a PCB decomposition reactor which can decompose PCB efficiently. In this PCB decomposition reactor, an injector for injecting a mixture of water and sodium hydroxide into a reaction vessel is connected to the lower part of the reaction vessel. An outlet pipe for withdrawing the fluid treated within the reaction vessel is connected to the sidewall of the reaction vessel. The other end of the outlet pipe is connected to a cyclone for separating sodium carbonate from the treated fluid. A discharge pipe is connected to the top of the cyclone, so that the treated fluid from which the precipitated sodium carbonate has been removed is discharged therethrough. A downcomer for the separated fluid is connected to the bottom of the cyclone, so that the precipitated sodium carbonate and some fluid containing it are discharged therethrough. The lower end of the downcomer is connected to an injector, which has connected thereto a feed pipe for feeding a mixture of PCB and mineral oil. A gas supply nozzle for injecting a gas into the reaction vessel is installed at the bottom of the reaction vessel.

    摘要: A shearing action of rubber by a rotor wing has a relation to a wing perpendicular component P.sub.z of P (see FIG. 4), and the larger the value of P.sub.z, the larger the shearing action. An agitating action of rubber has a relation to a wing parallel component P.sub.x of P (see FIG. 4), and the larger the value of P.sub.x, the larger the agitating action. In order to maintain the shearing action and the agitating action of rubber at a high level, in an internal rubber mixer a helix angle of a long wing 2 is set in a range of not less than 30.degree. and less than 50.degree.. Further, an axial directional length L.sub.s of a short wing 3 is made larger than that (.delta.) of a cut-off portion of the long wing 2. A rubber flow f-1 is thereby prevented from passing straight through a rotor space portion. In this way, the internal rubber mixer is excellent in the shearing action of rubber, whereby enhances productivity and micro-dispersibility of a compounding agent, and is excellent in the agitating action of rubber, whereby it enhances macro-dispersibility of the compounding agent and low temperature mixing of rubber.
