摘要: A main-bearing outer diameter of an electric motor is made smaller than a rotor outer diameter without causing a drop in production efficiency, and the ease of performing a shrink-fitting step is also enhanced by making it possible to mount a rotor to a main shaft in an early stage. A bearing journal portion (14b) of a main shaft (14) of an electric motor is formed in a shape into which an inner race (18b) of a main bearing (18) can be press-fitted from both sides in the axial direction thereof, and, in addition, an outer diameter of the bearing journal portion (14b) is made larger than an outer diameter of a rotor press-fitting portion (14a), whereas a bearing bore portion (5a) of a partition member (5) is formed in a shape into which an outer race (18a) can be press-fitted from both sides in the axial direction thereof. It is preferable that a space (S) into which a press-fitting tool for press-fitting the main bearing (18) can be inserted be provided between the rotor press-fitting portion (14a) of the main shaft (14) and the bearing journal portion (14b) thereof.

摘要: A compressor having an internally mounted inverter and having improved safety at low cost is provided. The compressor has a motor; a compressor mechanism driven by the motor; a first housing section having an opening and within which the motor is housed; a second housing section which is mounted on the first housing section and which closes the opening; a fixing member which fixes the second housing section to the first housing section; a controller which is provided on the first housing section and which controls the operation of the motor; a power supply section which supplies power to the controller; a protective cover which covers the controller; and a power source control apparatus which stops the supply of power to the controller by the power supply section or carries out a prescribed safety measure operation when the protective cover is removed from the controller. The protective cover has a shape which restricts manipulation of the fixing member by covering a manipulation section of the fixing member when the controller is covered.

A bus bar structure used for an inverter-integrated electric compressor having a compressor; an electric motor for driving the compressor; an inverter device for converting DC power from a high-voltage power supply to AC power and supplying it to the motor; and a housing for accommodating the compressor, the electric motor, and the inverter device, the inverter device being formed of a circuit board and an electrical component, and an insulating resin for connecting and wiring the circuit board and the electrical component being applied. The bus bar structure is formed of a main body, which is integrally formed of the insulating resin, and an external connecting portion exposed from the insulating resin, the external connecting portion has a bent extending portion that is bent and extends with respect to the main body, and an elastic portion for absorbing vibration of the bus bar structure is formed in part of the bent extending portion.

An electric compressor is an inverter-integrated electric compressor integrally including a compressor, an electric motor that drives the compressor, and an inverter including a temperature sensor that detects the temperature in the vicinity of a semiconductor switching device, wherein a controller estimates a discharge temperature of the compressor on the basis of a correlation of respective pressure loading characteristics for the detected temperature of the inverter, for the rotational speed of the compressor, and for the motive force of the compressor in a refrigerating cycle.

In the inverter-integrated electric compressor, an inverter accommodating section (11) is integrated with a periphery of a housing (2) accommodating an electric compressor; an inverter device (20) is accommodated inside the inverter accommodating section; a gel material (30) for vibration prevention and moisture prevention is filled in the upper section thereof so as to leave an air layer (31); an upper opening in the inverter accommodating section is sealed with a cover member (18); and a vent valve (40) formed of a moisture-permeable waterproof membrane (42) is provided in the cover member.
