Embodied herein is a method for balancing and maintaining Cortisol levels in humans by identifying the hormonal needs for a human, testing to ascertain the baseline hormone levels, inserting the values of baseline hormone level for each hormone into a hormone tree, balancing the hormones to a normal level, adjusting the levels for symptoms and sex type, and forming a resultant composition.
