摘要: The present invention relates to a cutting method for cutting an upper edge and a lower edge of a cutting plane into a curved shape, when a cutting object is cut by supplying plasma gas to the periphery of an electrode of a plasma torch and ejecting plasma arc from a nozzle. In order to melt the upper edge and the lower edge of the cutting plane to form a curved shape, at least one condition selected from plural conditions including a cutting electric current, cutting speed, height of a plasma torch, angle of the plasma torch, and flow rate of plasma gas upon performing the vertical cutting for forming the upper edge and the lower edge of the cutting object substantially at right angles is changed.

摘要: [Problem] To provide a torch adjustment apparatus that improves anti-heat measures while making it easy to set the angle of the torch. [Solution] Provided is a torch adjustment apparatus for adjusting the position of a torch in relation to the material to be processed. The apparatus has the following: a torch holder (27) that supports the torch so that the torch is detachable; a torch angle adjustment unit that adjusts the angle of the torch holder in relation to the material to be processed; and a torch in and out adjustment unit that adjusts the in and out position of the torch holder by moving the holder on a plane parallel to the material to be processed in a direction perpendicular to the traveling direction of the carriage (B). The torch holder is formed in a channel shape comprising a pair of flanges (27a and 27b) and a connecting piece (27c) that connects the pair of flanges. A mounting member (28) for mounting the torch so that the torch is detachable is disposed on the connecting piece, and the torch holder is mounted to the torch angle adjustment unit via one of the flanges (27a).

摘要: Provided is a mobile workbench constructed so as to determine that an accident of some kind has occurred and to stop if the speed of the mobile workbench suddenly changes. A mobile workbench (A) travels on a material (Ca) to be processed and performs predetermined processing (welding) by using a processing tool (welding torch (B)) mounted thereon. The mobile workbench (A) comprises: a workbench main body (1); a plurality of wheels (4) which are provided on the workbench main body (1); a drive motor (3a) which drives the wheels (4); an acceleration sensor (10) which detects the acceleration acting on the workbench; and a control unit (12) which is constructed so as to determine that an abnormality has occurred and to stop the drive motor (3a) if a sudden change in speed is detected by the acceleration sensor (10).

摘要: A polymer comprising quaternary ammonium salts and alkylene groups having hydroxyl groups on the main chain, is extremely useful as a disinfectant for ophthalmic apparatuses, as eye drops, and an eyewash solution as well as a cleaning solution, disinfectant, or storing solution for contact lens care. The polymer compound has sufficient bactericidal and fungicidal effects within a concentration range in which the compound causes no damage on human cells and does not irritate the eye as well as being hard to be absorbed, adsorbed, and accumulated on hydrophilic contact lenses. In addition, the compound is highly hydrophilic, and as a result, when the polymer is used for contact lens care, the lenses become favorably lubricated to be worn comfortably, and furthermore, is very gentle to eye.
