    摘要: A welding system includes a power supply configured to generate a welding waveform. A wire feeder conducts the welding waveform to a wire electrode, and includes a drive motor that drives the wire electrode bidirectionally, a motor current sensor that senses a current level of the motor, and a controller that receives a current level signal from the motor current sensor and controls operations of the motor. A welding current sensor senses welding current level, and a welding voltage sensor senses welding voltage level, and the sensors are located with the power supply or the wire feeder. The controller is configured to determine a contact event between the wire electrode and a non-workpiece object based on the current level signal from the motor current sensor and one or both of the welding current level and the welding voltage level, and automatically retract the wire electrode upon determining the contact event.

    摘要: An example robotic tool holder includes an actuator that is disposed within a housing and configured to hold a tool. The housing and the actuator are in contact via dowels to limit movement of the actuator toward a distal end of the housing. Ones of the dowels that are in contact are in line contact and the ones of the dowels that are in contact are in a triangular geometry. The pressure plate is in line contact with the actuator within the housing around a circumference of the pressure plate. The springs are in contact with the pressure plate to bias the actuator toward a proximal end of the housing via the pressure plate. The springs are in contact with the mounting plate opposite the pressure plate. The sensor switch detects a shock force on the actuator and outputs a signal in response to the shock force.

    摘要: A system and apparatus for providing a temporary electrical bonding/grounding connection between a first conductive member and a second conductive member. The apparatus includes an electrically conductive cable having first and second ends. At least one magnet assembly is provided for mounting to the first conductive member. The at least one magnet assembly has multiple arcuate surfaces of different radiuses of curvature, with respective surfaces of the multiple arcuate surfaces being configured to properly mount to a respective arcuate surface of the first conductive member. A conductive coupling is provided on the at least one magnet assembly. The conductive coupling is configured to be electrically coupled to the first end of the cable. The second end of the cable is configured to be detachably and electrically coupled to the second conductive member.

    摘要: A crossflow table having a housing and a work surface. The housing includes an air intake path in fluid communication with the work surface. The air intake path has an intake entrance and intake exit. A filter and blower unit are positioned adjacent the intake exit. An air exhaust path has an exhaust entrance and exhaust exit. The exhaust entrance is adjacent the filter and blower unit. The air intake path and air exhaust path generally extend parallel to one another. The filter and blower unit draw air into the air intake path at the intake entrance and pull the air though the air intake path where the air exhausts into the filter and blower unit at the intake exit. The blower unit then pushes the air into the air exhaust path at the exhaust entrance and forces the air through the air exhaust path and out the exhaust exit. Due to the intake and exhaust paths being generally parallel to one another, the crossflow table is very compact in overall dimensions.
