    Abstract: A refrigeration air conditioning system having a moisture adsorption means regenerated by discharged condensation heat or other discharged heat of a low temperature range in the refrigeration cycle, and exerting stable cooling performance even at a dry-bulb temperature of 0° C. or less. A desiccant rotor, holds an adsorbent having pore sizes of, for example, 1-1.4 nm in a space at a predetermined temperature range of a dry-bulb temperature of 0° C. or less. Forming of frost on an evaporator is prevented by supplying the dehumidified air by the desiccant rotor to the evaporator disposed on a leeward side thereof in a freezing room as the desiccant rotor is rotated, while the adsorbent having adsorbed moisture is dried and recovers its adsorbing ability by supplying the air dried by discharged heat from a condenser on the windward side thereof to the desiccant rotor outside of the freezing room.

    Abstract: A refrigeration apparatus includes a high-temperature side circulation circuit, a low-temperature side circulation circuit, a cascade capacitor, and control means. The high-temperature side circulation circuit forms a refrigerant circuit in which a high-temperature side compressor, a high-temperature side condenser, a high-temperature side expansion device, and a high-temperature side evaporator are connected by a pipe. The refrigerant circuit allows a high-temperature side refrigerant to circulate therethrough. The high-temperature side refrigerant has a carbon-carbon double bond in its molecular structure. The high-temperature side compressor has a variable discharge capacity and is configured to discharge the high-temperature side refrigerant. The low-temperature side circulation circuit forms a refrigerant circuit in which a low-temperature side compressor, a low-temperature side condenser, a low-temperature side expansion device, and a low-temperature side evaporator are connected by a pipe. The refrigerant circuit allows a low-temperature side refrigerant to circulate therethrough. The low-temperature side refrigerant contains carbon dioxide.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an indoor unit of an air conditioner, which is capable of improving the safety regarding the opening and closing movements of a movable panel. An indoor unit of an air conditioner includes a front grill, a second panel, a driving machine, and a second panel supporting member. The front grill is provided with a first intake port at a front thereof. The second panel is provided such that it covers the first intake port, opens the first intake port by moving away from the first intake port and closes the first intake port by moving close to the first intake port. The driving machine generates a driving force to move the second panel. The second panel supporting member has a gear portion and a plate member. The gear portion transmits the driving force of the driving machine to the second panel.
