A pressurizing device pressurizes the liquid, and provides the liquid to a spraying device, which sprays the liquid onto the electronic component. A heat remover cools the liquid when thermal energy is to be removed from the component, and a heating device heats the liquid when thermal energy is to be provided to the component when powering up the component in low temperatures.

    摘要: A microchip (3) is mounted to a chip carrier (1) in such a way as to avoid an earth fault between the chip (3) and the carrier (1). When mounting chips, the chip (3) is placed on a chip carrier (1) that includes an electrically and thermally conductive element (13). The element includes a surface (17) and a recess (15) arranged relative to the surface. The microwave chip (3) is arranged at the surface (17) of the electrically and thermally conductive element (13) by means of a fixing or bonding substance (19), which is disposed at least partially in the recess (15). When mounting the chip, the chip (3) is positioned so that an earth plane (3d) of the microwave chip (3) will lie level with the surface (17) of the electrically and thermally conductive element (13). The chip carrier (1) is suitable for a chip mounting process and can be produced both readily and inexpensively.

    摘要: A gyratory crusher includes an outer shell, which should be fastened in a frame included in the crusher, and an inner shell, which is intended to be fastened on a crushing head and to define together with the outer shell a crushing gap for receipt of material to be crushed. Upon fastening of the outer shell a first abutment surface on the outer periphery of the outer shell is brought in a first step to abutment against a first contact surface on the frame. In a second step a spacer member is pressed in for clamping of the outer shell between a second surface on the outer periphery of the outer shell and the frame. A good abutment is provided both at the first abutment. Surface of the outer shell and at the second abutment surface thereof.

    摘要: A gyratory crusher has a crushing head fixedly attached to an upper portion of a substantially vertical shaft, on which crushing head a first crushing shell is mounted, and a frame on which a second crushing shell is mounted. The second crushing shell defines, together with the first crushing shell, a crushing gap. The gyratory crusher has a space adapted to contain liquid. The space is defined by a piston, which is formed at least partly of the lower end of the shaft, a cylinder, which is formed at least partly in an eccentric assembly, and a bottom element. The space is adapted to form a cushion with the aid of the liquid, so that the cushion can serve as a thrust bearing transmitting vertical forces from the crushing head to the bottom element.

    摘要: The invention relates to a device and a method for dehumidifying and control of humidity inside an enclosure comprising electrical equipment. The device comprises a heating element located to be in contact with the ambient air of the exterior of the enclosure and a cooling element located to be in contact with the ambient air of the interior of the enclosure. Dew condensed at the cooling element is guided to the heating element so that humidity from the air, condensed at the cooling element, may be transported to the heating element to be vaporised wherein the water guiding means comprises a capillary structure. In still another aspect of the invention, the functionality of the heating and cooling elements may be switched so as to reverse the flow of water and provide a humidity control arrangement.
