摘要: A machine for driving workings in hard rocks comprises a movable carrier (1) having a boom (2) to which is secured a frame (4). An implement (9) having a hammer piston (10) is mounted in the frame (4) by pins (8). The pins (8) have support members (7) cooperating with piston rods (12) of shock-absorbing elements (11) comprising cylinders. Each shock-absorbing elements (11) has a space filled with a compressible fluid in which the end face of the piston rod (12) is received, and a first and second dashpot spaces filled with a non-compressible fluid which communicate with one another through a throttling device. The piston rod (12) has an enlarged piston-like portion which forces the non-compressible fluid to overlfow through the throttling device between the first and second dashpot spaces during movement of the piston rod (12).

摘要: A hammer for breaking down strong abrasive materials comprising a body with a movable ram reciprocated by a drive and provided with a socket accommodating a tool intended to break down the materials by impacts during reciprocation of the ram. The end of the tool shank and the contacting bottom of the ram socket have the shape of matching spherical surfaces. The side surfaces of the tool shank and ram socket are separated by an elastic gasket and are made in the form of truncated cones whose larger base faces the working portion of the tool and angles of their cones are smaller than the angles of friction between the adjoining surfaces, the end of the working portion of the tool being provided with a blind hole which ensures better penetration of the tool into the material being broken.

摘要: An impact device for producing impact pulses comprising a body with a movable ram having a front part transmitting the impact pulses and an extension housed in a power cylinder which is connected with the body and filled with a fluid medium under pressure for acting on the end face of the ram extension. There is also a unit ensuring the reverse stroke of the ram mounted on the body and interacting with the ram, and a unit for braking the ram on its idle stroke. According to the invention, the braking unit is formed by a space in the body which opens on one side into the power cylinder and by a movable cylindrical member accommodated in such space. The cylindrical member has bosses separated by a space from each other. The end of the cylindrical member protrudes from the body into the power cylinder while the bosses are located inside the space so that they form a chamber filled with a medium for the reverse stroke of the cylindrical member, and a chamber filled with fluid. The ram extension is provided with a boss interacting with the cylindrical member. The space has a throttling projection inside, located between the bosses and forming, together with the surface of the cylindrical member, a gap for throttling the fluid during braking of the ram on the idle stroke of the latter.

摘要: A percussive device for creating impact impulses, which device comprises a housing accommodating a striker. The striker has a tail portion located in a power cylinder which is joined to the housing and is filled with a fluid medium under pressure, said fluid medium operating the striker. Provision is made of an arresting mechanism which is kinematically connected to a drive designed to engage the striker for effecting its backward stroke in the process of which the fluid medium under pressure is compressed, storing potential energy. According to the invention, the striker backward stroke drive is constructed in the form of several hydraulic cylinders equidistantly spaced round the periphery of the housing. The rod of each of the hydraulic cylinders is connected to the striker arresting mechanism. One of the spaces in said hydraulic cylinders is constantly connected with the interior space of the power cylinder for the purpose of moving the arresting mechanism under the pressure of the fluid medium, whereas the other cylinder space is periodically put in communication with the pressure source, in order to effect the backward stroke of the arresting mechanism together with the striker, and with a pressure medium exhaust line.

摘要: A percussive tool comprising a housing (1) accommodating a movable striker (2) and connected with a power cylinder (6) in which is arranged a striker shank (4) with a gripping mechanism (14) and a drive in the form of a hydraulic cylinder (8). The percussive tool is provided with a control unit having a spool valve means (18) to control a distribution means (19). The spool valve means (18) has a casing (22) and a spool (23) taking two positions in the casing and defining two chambers (25, 26) interconnected through a throttling means (24). One chamber (25) constantly communicates with a discharge line (21), and the other chamber (26) is periodically put in communication with the space of the hydraulic cylinder (8). The spool (23) is spring-loaded with respect to the casing (22) on the side of one chamber (25) and takes in this case its first position.

摘要: A percussive action machine for changing the shape of solids objects comprises a housing (1) accommodating a hammer (2) capable of reciprocations. A tail piece (3) of the hammer (2) is disposed inside a power cylinder (6) to impart energy thereto during the work stroke of the hammer, the tail piece being capable of engagement with a drive for executing the return stroke of the hammer (2). The machine is also provided with a unit for decelerating the forward travel of the hammer (2) in the form of an annular projection (20) in the midportion of the hammer (2), and a cavity (17) which accommodates this projection (20), and has a hammer deceleration chamber (21) of a cross-section substantially equal to the cross-section of the projection (20). The side surface of either the hammer decleration chamber (21) or the annular projection (20) is tapered.

摘要: An apparatus for drifting openings in hard rock incorporating a carrier capable for travelling along the floor of the opening. A means of breaking of the percussive type is mounted on the carrier by means of a turnable jib with provision for turning about said jib in a vertical plane. There is also incorporated a means of loading with a mucking conveyor. Employed as the means of breaking with a percussion tool directly acting upon the rock so as to break same when the means of breaking is set into a given position. Also provided are means of shock-absorbing which serve to link up movably said means of breaking with said jib in order to absorb the undesirable deflections of the means of breaking when the percussion tool recoils from the rock at right angles to the longitudinal axis thereof and to return the means of breaking into the given position. The jib also turns about the carrier in a horizontal plane so that the means of breaking can be readily set up in position for breaking any area of the rock face of the drifted opening which is being tunnelled or mined.
