    摘要: The injection-molding machine is operative when activated for performing a complete injection-molding cycle. The machine includes a mold defining a mold cavity, a plastifying and injecting screw, and an hydraulic cylinder-and-piston unit for driving the screw. During the course of a single injection-molding cycle, negative-feedback control of the pressure in the mold cavity undergoes an automatic transition into negative-feedback control of the pressure in the hydraulic cylinder of the cylinder-and-piston unit. The transition is selected to be abrupt or gradual, and if gradual there will be a transitional interval during which a composite negative-feedback control of both the mold cavity and hydraulic cylinder pressures is occurring.

    摘要: The hydraulic setting device has a differential cylinder (11) whose annular space (14) is continually subjected to pressure by a pump (16). The pressure space (18) at the large piston surface is connected to the pump via a connection conduit (41). A conduit branch, which leads to a control valve (21), emerges from this connection conduit (41). At the other end, this control valve is in connection with a return conduit (26). The pressure in the conduit branch (19), and therefore in the pressure spaces (14, 18) of the differential cylinder, can be varied by appropriate activation of the control valve.

    摘要: A magnetic linear drive includes an elongated cylindrical armature which is supported for axial displacement in a guiding pipe made of a pressure-resistant material. Two axially spaced solenoid windings are mounted on the guiding pipe and are interconnected by a permanent magnet. The solenoid windings are provided with lateral magnetically conducting cores the ends of which communicate with annular grooves formed in the guiding tube. The grooves are filled with a magnetically conductive material forming the poles of the electromagnet. In the region of the poles, the armature is formed with control flanges of different depths which are acted upon by the magnetic flux to impart the axial movement to the armature. One end of the armature is formed with a measuring flange which cooperates with measuring coils mounted on the guiding pipe.
