    摘要: Described herein is the discovery of novel PSMA-specific peptides, which were identified through a novel combinatorial biopanning method. One of the novel PSMA-specific peptides discovered, GTIQPYPFSWGY (or GTI) (SEQ ID NO: 2), exhibits high binding affinity and selectivity to PSMA and PSMA-positive prostate cancer cells. It was found that GTI can mediate internalization of the apoptotic KLA peptide to PSMA-positive LNCaP cells and induce cell death. Moreover, a FAM-labeled GTI peptide shows a high and specific tumor uptake in nude mice bearing human prostate cancer xenografts. It was demonstrated that the GTI peptide can be employed as a PSMA-specific ligand for prostate cancer diagnosis and/or for targeted drug delivery to prostate cancer cells.

A multi-screen display apparatus for a digital broadcast receiver of the present invention includes a broadcast reception unit for receiving broadcast data of a primary service channel and at least one secondary service channel; a decoding unit comprising a video decoder for decoding video data of all types of video frame of the primary service channel and a predetermined type of video frame of the secondary service channel and an audio decoder for decoding audio data of a predetermined service channel, by time frame; a multiplexed screen processing unit for multiplexing the video data of the primary service channel and the at least one secondary service channel output by the decoding unit; a display unit for displaying the multiplexed video data in the form of multiplexed screen image; and a speaker unit for outputting the decoded audio data in the form of an audible sound wave.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a method which includes: allocating, by an eNodeB, a dedicated resource region for a relay served by the eNodeB; calculating, by the eNodeB, a control channel of the relay; configuring, by the eNodeB according to the resource region allocated for the relay and the acquired control channel of the relay, the control channel of the relay in the resource region corresponding to the relay; and detecting, by the relay, control information sent by the eNodeB in the corresponding resource region allocated by the eNodeB for the relay. The present invention solves the transmission problem of a backhaul link control channel in an LTE-A relay system, so that a relay can receive control information sent by the eNodeB within a wider scope and that the complexity of blind detection of the relay is decreased.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a device and method for demultiplexing in a digital broadcasting receiver for processing packet data configured by a packet header and a payload. A buffer buffers input packet data. Processors are parallel connected to the buffer. A packet header processor checks a packet header, identifies the presence of adaptation information, and generates a control signal according to the presence of the adaptation information. An adaptation information processor processes the adaptation information of buffered payload data under control of the packet header processor. A Packetized Elementary Stream (PES) header processor processes a PES header of the buffered payload data under the control of the packet header processor. A data processor generates an audio or video Elementary Stream (ES) from audio or video data of the buffered payload data under control of the PES header processor, and outputs the generated audio or video ES to an associated decoder.
