A fixing holder is erected on a support plate of the threading machine, and the rack includes multiple first teeth, the fixing holder includes an accommodation chamber with an opening. The engagement protrusion is received in the accommodation chamber and includes a toothed extension on which multiple second teeth are formed. The engagement protrusion further includes a recess and an abutting fence. The operation member includes a drive portion and a push portion. The two springs are mounted on a top of the engagement protrusion, and two ends of each spring abut against the engagement protrusion and the fixing holder respectively so that each spring forces the engagement protrusion to engage with the rack.

    摘要: An improved pistonless cylinder, including both single acting and double acting configurations, based on an Aramid fiber reinforced elastomer tubular which is highly stiff in radial direction against radial expansion and elastic in axial extension, so as to form a completely sealed, extendable and retractable pressure chamber and to be able to perform as well as, or better than, most of the conventional hydraulic cylinders in terms of load bearing capacities, maximum stroke distances and service durability. This improved cylinder employs no piston, piston rod, sealing seals or oil based hydraulic fluid, and utilizes non-metal materials to construct the majority of the parts for its extendable and retractable pressure chamber; therefore, this new cylinder can achieve significant weight and fabrication cost reduction. In addition, this new pistonless cylinder uses ordinary liquids, e.g., fresh water or seawater, as its hydraulic fluid, and can work directly as a hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder interchangeably without a need for much, if any, modification.

    摘要: An automated test apparatus for risk and integrity testing for pharmaceutical filtration membranes, including at least the following components: a liquid injection inlet, a pump, a fluid pressure gauge, a gas pressure gauge, a plurality of solenoid valves, a plurality of membranes, a gas pressure regulator valve, a pharmaceutical product bottle, and a bubble generation bottle. The automated test apparatus of the present invention is controlled by computer software in connection with an automatic pharmaceutical synthesis apparatus for automated testing. In use of the automated test apparatus of the present invention, it needs only to start the operating system of the automated test apparatus for membrane risk and integrity test after the completion of the automatic pharmaceutical synthesis. The membrane risk and integrity test can be accomplished in a short time by measuring pressures of gas and liquid with pressure gauges deposed online concurrently.
