摘要: The invention relates to a slide bearing material comprising a metallic supporting layer and a metallic lead-free bearing layer consisting of densely sintered powder particles of tin bronze with bismuth additives. The aim of the invention is to create a lead-free slide bearing material with nevertheless good tribological properties and a high bearing capacity. To this end, the bearing metallic layer is formed from a sintering powder consisting of powder particles containing between 9.5 and 11 wt. % of tin and between 7 and 13 wt. % of bismuth and copper. The powder particles have a nobular form deviating from the regular spherical form but without edges and undercuts.

摘要: A friction bearing composite material comprises a metal base layer, a porous support layer applied thereto, and a low friction layer made from PTFE forming a bearing surface for a bearing partner. The low friction material forming the sliding surface also fills the pores in the support layer and comprises at least 60 vol. % PTFE and 10-25 vol. % zinc sulphide. In order to achieve a high wear resistance with a low coefficient of friction, the low friction material further comprises 1.5-3.5 vol. % carbon fibers and 1-7 vol. % PFA.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for the production of a flange sleeve especially for a sliding bearing. A strip of material is cut into lengths corresponding to the later periphery of the flange sleeve. The strip section thus arising is rolled to form a hollow cylindrical sleeve with an open butt joint and a collar is placed around one or two sides. The open butt joint is expanded in the region of the collar to form a V-shaped slit. One or several recesses are made in the region of the later open butt joint on one or two of the longitudinal edges of the strip section.

摘要: A material which is intended for use in sliding surface bearings comprises a metallic backing, a porous metallic substrate layer applied to said backing, and a PTFE-filler mixture, which completely fills the pores of the substrate layer and constitutes an antifriction layer. The bond strength between the antifriction layer and the substrate layer is improved by coating that surface of the substrate layer which faces the antifriction layer with a primer.

摘要: A sliding bearing for engine applications, in particular a sliding bearing shell for the mounting of the crankshaft or the camshaft or for use as a connecting-rod bearing shell, has a metallic supporting layer and, applied on top of that, a bearing metal layer of aluminum alloy, copper alloy or brass, the bearing metal layer having an 8-20 μm thick PTFB-free PAI-based coating applied on top of it, the PAI-based coating having 5-15% by weight zinc sulphide, 5-15% by weight graphite and 5-15% by weight TiO2 with the ratio of zinc sulphide and graphite respectively to TiO2 in terms of their percentage by weight being 0.6-1.4 and the zinc sulphide and TiO2 being present in a particle size of ≦0.7 μm.

摘要: The invention relates to a plain bearing composite material provided with a metallic support layer, optionally with a porous carrier layer applied thereto, and with a lead-free sliding layer, which forms a sliding partner and whose sliding layer material is based on plastic. The aim of the invention is to provide a plain bearing composite material that has a long serviceable life when used a high temperatures. To this end the sliding layer material comprises PEEK as a matrix forming plastic constituent, a lubricant provided in the form of zinc sulfide, a hardening constituent provided in the form of titanium dioxide, and additionally comprises carbon fibers. The weight percentage proportion of the lubricant and of the hardening constituent with regard to the mass of the sliding layer material ranges from 5 to 15% by weight, and the lubricant and the hardening constituent are provided in the form of fine particles having a particle size D50-value of no greater than 500 nm.

摘要: An assembled flange-bearing shell including a half-shell shaped radial bearing part and an axial bearing part which can be fixed on one side in the area of the axial front face of the radial bearing part, or partial ring-wheel shaped axial bearing parts which can be fixed on both sides. Each axial bearing part has inward projecting retaining tongues located around its radius. The retaining tongues can be engaged in retaining recesses in the area of an axial rim section of the radial bearing part. The flange-bearing shell has two retaining tongues on both sides of the vertex which form an undercut. The undercut is engaged from below by a clip of the radial bearing part which lies axially adjacent to each respective open-edged retaining recess. The clip is curved inward in an axial direction from its extension along the periphery into the retaining recess in order to secure the axial bearing part against detachment.
