The mobile robot comprises: a case; and a sensor unit having two or more sending portions and two or more receiving portions arranged on an outer surface of the case separately and alternately. The plurality of sending portions and receiving portions are arranged in an alternating manner, thereby having a directivity. Also, since signals received through the receiving portions are judged based on a reference value, an area unallowable to be detected for an obstacle sensing is minimized, which allows an obstacle to be detected more accurately. When the obstacle corresponds to a side wall on the basis of a moving path of the mobile robot, a distance between the side wall and the mobile robot is calculated based on signals received by the receiving portion closest to the side wall. Accordingly, the mobile robot can move with maintaining a constant distance from the side wall.

The apparatus includes a microphone unit implemented by one or more microphones, which picks up a sound from a three-dimensional space. The apparatus also includes a sound source localizer for determining a position of the sound source in accordance with Time-Difference of Arrivals (TDOAs) and a highest power of the sound picked up by the microphone unit. Thus, the robot can rapidly and accurately localize the sound source in the three-dimensional space with minimum dead space, using a minimum number of microphones.

Especially, in the anticorrosion paint, the top coat paint for improving the protection of the primer coat paint and the anticorrosion effect. The top coat paint includes 40 to 89 wt % of matrix resin, 5 to 54 wt % of colored pigment, 1 to 50 wt % of dopants and 5 to 54 wt % of mixed solvents, and the primer coat paint includes 3 to 49 wt % of the polyaniline, 40 to 86 wt % of the matrix resin, 1 to 47 wt % of the dopants and 10 to 56 wt % of the mixed solvents. The anticorrosion paint plays a role in exerting persistently the excellent anticorrosion effect without causing environmental problem.
