摘要: An aqueous negative contrast agent for CT imaging of the gastrointestinal tract and the preparation method thereof. The agent is used in biological and pharmaceutical field. Its components and the weight percent are: hydrogel matrix 0.01-1%, micro-/nano-particles of the materials with low densities 5-50%, stabilization agents 0.1-5%, the rest is deionized water. The preparation method is: stabilization agents are added into the hydrogel matrix made of natural or synthetic hydrophilic polymers, then micro-/nano-particles of the materials with low CT densities are added or prepared, and uniformly dispersed in the hydrogel matrix. The CT density of the resulted aqueous negative contrast agent for CT imaging of the gastrointestinal tract is −30 HU to −500 HU. It can decrease the CT density inside the intestine lumen to lower than −30 HU. The intestine wall can be depicted clearly and the CT signals intensities inside lumen are uniform. It is feasible for 3D images processing such as virtual endoscopy reconstruction with the negative contrast agent. The agent is safe, stable and nontoxic. It will not lead to diarrhea after administration. It is of great significance for the improved sensitivity and specificity of CT diagnosis for the diseases on the intestinal wall and lumen.

摘要: A video transport stream over IP (TS/IP) server system comprises a set of video server blocks. A video server block comprises a pair of codecs and a primary FPGA, the codecs based on a fully programmable high speed DSP processor. The video server block further comprises a pair of VioIP engines for translating transport streams into IP packet streams. The video TS/IP server can perform transcoding, transrating and statistical multiplexing functions between ingress and egress transport streams. The video TS/IP server can ingress or egress HD-SDI and DVB-ASI data streams to or from an IP network via TS/IP. A host subsystem is embedded in a stand-alone embodiment. Multiple video TS/IP servers can be hosted by a PC in a PC host embodiment.

A camera Codec and control system for an HD camera is provided for encoding uncompressed HD-SDI video signals into an MPEG-2 transport stream. A stand-alone encoder decoder system is provided in a network configuration allowing for remote display and editing of HD-SDI video. At least one plurality of HD-SDI transport streams is generated from HD-Cameras encoded into MPEG-2 transport streams and output into a DVD-ASI signal and a TS/IP packet stream further provided is a decoder which accepts MPEG-2-TS/IP packet streams from a routed IP network which are decoded into an uncompressed HD-SDI transport stream for display. A set top box is provided for decoding audio and video HD-TV. A first HDMI interface into the decoder allows acceptance of an MPEG-2-TS from local storage media. Connection to an IP routed network is provided. The set top box may also request product specific decoder algorithms from a centralized manager. 摘要: According to an implementation, a value of distortion is determined (710). The value is associated with at least a portion of a particular picture in a series of pictures. The value is based on distortion (720) in the particular picture that is attributable to error in the particular picture or in a previous picture in the series. The value is also based on distortion (730) in a subsequent picture in the series that is attributable to error in the particular picture or in a previous picture.
