    摘要: Provided is a magnetron source, which comprises a target material, a magnetron located thereabove and a scanning mechanism connected to the magnetron for controlling the movement of the magnetron above the target material. The scanning mechanism comprises a peach-shaped track, with the magnetron movably disposed thereon; a first driving shaft, with the bottom end thereof connected with the origin of the polar coordinates of the peach-shaped track, for driving the peach-shaped track to rotate about the axis of the first driving shaft; a first driver connected to the first driving shaft for driving the first driving shaft to rotate; and a second driver for driving the magnetron to move along the peach-shaped track via a transmission assembly. A magnetron sputtering device including the magnetron and a method for magnetron sputtering using the magnetron sputtering device are also provided.

    摘要: An omnidirectional-view three-dimensional display apparatus comprises a high-frame-rate projector (21), a rotatable reflector device and a cylindrical transmissive selective-diffusing screen (24). The optical axis of the high-frame-rate projector (21) is coincident with the rotating axis of the reflector device and the axis of the cylindrical selective-diffusing screen (24). The images projected by the high-frame-rate projector (21) are reflected by the reflector device to form images on the cylindrical transmissive selective-diffusing screen (24). The cylindrical transmissive selective-diffusing screen (24) can control the diffusing angle of the emergence ray, so that the left eye and the right eye of an observer can see a three-dimensional object's images in different view angles to achieve an omnidirectional-view three-dimensional display. The omnidirectional-view three-dimensional display apparatus based on the high-frame-rate projector (21) enables the eyes of observers to watch images with binocular parallax at different positions, so as to achieve three-dimensional display.

    摘要: This invention discloses a multi-pitching angle suspended space 3D display device with 360° FOV, comprising: a transmitted composite deflective diffusing screen, a high speed projector, an image generator, a detecting module and a rotating drive mechanism. The high speed projector projects the composite images of the 3D objects of different pitching angles and horizontal 360° views to the composite deflective diffusing screen that rotates at a high speed. The composite deflective diffusing screen is able to control the vertical deflecting and scattering angles and horizontal diffusing angle for incident rays with different angles, allowing the surrounding viewers at different height levels to see the images corresponding to their viewpoints, making the displayed 3D objects suspended over the composite deflecting scattering screen, of which the position does not change as the height of the viewpoint changes. The multi-pitching angle suspended space 3D display device with 360° FOV allows watching by multiple persons at multiple pitching angles and horizontal 360° FOV in naked eyes, realizing space occlusion, exploration and interaction.

The lighting battery comprises a battery body, a driving circuit, a switch and light-emitting diodes, wherein the switch is an inching switch, and the driving circuit has a trigger pin which is connected to the switch whereby a trigger signal is acquired to control the driving circuit operate or stop. The power pin and grounding pin of the driving circuit is respectively connected to the positive pole and the negative pole of the battery body, as well as the output pin of the driving circuit is connected to the light-emitting diodes.

    摘要: A fine control gas valve includes a tee having opposed first and second tee runs co-axially aligned on a longitudinal axis, and a tee branch. A valve assembly is partially received in and connected to the first tee run having a valve disc connected to a drive screw longitudinally moved by drive screw axial rotation. The valve disc includes a first slot on the valve disc having a first end and a wider second end, and a second disc slot as a mirror image of the first disc slot oppositely positioned about the valve disc. A pipe in the second tee run has a first portion of a pipe end face/seat surface in direct contact with a second tee run shoulder. The valve disc when contacting a second portion of the pipe end face/seat surface defines a valve closed condition. The first and second portions are co-planar to each other.
