    摘要: The present invention intends to provide a hydraulic signal output device having a smaller installation space, and thereby enabling to make an installation space of hydraulic machines in an operation room smaller and that of other than the hydraulic machines larger. In addition to this, the present invention intends to allow externally restricting an operation in the operation room. In order to attain the intentions, in a hydraulic signal output device of the present invention, a PPC valve, an EPC valve and a shuttle valve are integrally formed. In one invention, in addition to the above, a pressure oil output port in a pressure-reducing valve in the PPC valve is communicated with a pressure oil input port of a switching valve in an electromagnetic valve, and a pressure oil output port of the switching valve in the electromagnetic valve is communicated with a pilot pipe line.

    摘要: A semiconductor manufacturing system having a high processing efficiency and a high product output includes a processing device for simultaneously processing a prescribed number of lots for which it is reserved, and a semiconductor manufacturing system control device connected to the processing device for managing the manufacturing steps. The semiconductor manufacturing system control device includes a lot processing step managing portion for managing the processing steps of the lots and determining whether the lots have arrived at the step of being processed by the processing device; a lot securing portion, connected to the lot processing step managing portion, for selecting, when the lots have arrived at the step of being processed by the processing device, a prescribed number of lots to be processed by the processing device under the same processing condition as the lots, instructing an operator to secure the prescribed number of lots selected, and determining whether the prescribed number of lots are secured; and a lot reservation portion connected to the lot securing portion and the processing device for reserving the processing device for the processing of the prescribed number of lots secured when the prescribed number of lots are secured. The processing device includes a portion connected to the semiconductor manufacturing system control device for processing the prescribed number of lots for which it is reserved.

    摘要: It is designed that an oil pressure signal can be output by operating an operation lever in a twisting direction; a structure can be made simple and its assembly and adjustment are easy; an operation force can be reduced; and a layout is not restricted. It is also designed that when the operation lever is left free after it is twisted, it returns smoothly to the original neutral position. When the operation lever is twisted about the lever axis, the shaft supported by bearings is twisted. The twist of the shaft is converted into the movement in a direction to move the pistons by first and second levers, and the pistons are moved. When the pistons are moved, the oil pressure signal is output from the discharge ports. A disk plate is separated into a first disk plate to which the root of the operation lever is attached and a second disk plate which is tiltably supported by a tilting fulcrum. And, the first disk plate is independent of the second disk plate and twisted about the lever axis of the operation lever.

The control information update unit deletes, when trouble occurs, the control information of a lot that is in process at a location where the trouble occurred. Thus, it is possible to release the lot from control of the process control device, and to prevent control of other lots from being restricted.
