    摘要: The present invention relates to a liquid (meth)acrylic syrup, its method of polymerization and article obtained thereof. In particular the present invention deals with a liquid (meth)acrylic syrup comprising an initiation system for polymerization at low temperature. More particularly the present invention relates to a liquid (meth)acrylic syrup comprising an initiator system for polymerization at low temperature, said initiating system comprises at least one accelerator, at least one organic aldehyde, at least one peracid and at least one liquid peroxy compound; an impregnation process for a fibrous substrate, the liquid (meth)acrylic syrup for implementing this process, and the obtained impregnated fibrous substrate. The impregnated fibrous substrate is suitable for manufacturing mechanical or structured parts or articles. The present invention concerns also the process for polymerizing a liquid (meth)acrylic syrup comprising an initiation system for polymerization at low temperature said initiating system comprises at least one accelerator, at least one organic aldehyde, at least one peracid, and at least one liquid peroxy compound. The present invention concerns also manufacturing process for manufacturing mechanical or structured parts or articles and three-dimensional mechanical or structured parts obtained by this process.

    摘要: A thermal conductive electromagnetic wave absorbing sheet to be provided includes: a polymer including acrylate ester as a monomer; a metal magnetic oxide; and flame retardant filler subjected to surface treatment. The metal magnetic oxide includes a small-diameter metal magnetic oxide with an average particle diameter of 1 to 10 μm and a large-diameter metal magnetic oxide with an average particle diameter of 50 to 100 μm. A mixing ratio between the small-diameter metal magnetic oxide and the large-diameter metal magnetic oxide is in a range of 9:13 to 15:7 in volume ratio. The small-diameter metal magnetic oxide and the large-diameter metal magnetic oxide are contained by 55 to 60 vol % in total in the entire thermal conductive electromagnetic wave absorbing sheet. The flame retardant filler subjected to the surface treatment is contained by 8 to 10 vol % in the entire thermal conductive electromagnetic wave absorbing sheet.

    摘要: A glass mat is provided. The glass mat includes an assembly of glass fibers; and a binder composition including a polymer resin and a crosslinker. The polymer resin has a pH of at least about 5.0. The polymer resin includes a styrenic copolymer, an acrylic copolymer, or combination thereof having at least one functional group of a carboxylic acid, a salt of a carboxylic acid, an anhydride, a salt of an anhydride, or combination thereof. The crosslinker includes a polyol, a polyepoxy, a polycarbodiimide, a polyaziridine, a bivalent metal carbonate, or combination thereof. Further provided is a method of making the glass mat.
