    摘要: An image display system comprises red, green and blue laser light sources, a spatial light modulator that modulates the laser light of different colors in a time sharing manner and a controller that controls the operation of the laser light sources and the spatial light modulator. The green and red laser light sources are lit in this order in each frame. The green color is diminished due to the response delay of the spatial light modulator, but the green laser light produced by the green laser light source has a relatively large color phase shift from the standard green color so that the shortage of green color cancels the color phase shift of the generated green color so that the color phase shift of the displayed intermediate color can be minimized.

    摘要: It is a main object of the invention to provide an image display device and an information processing device that can be incorporated in the computer main body of a notebook computer, etc., and can project an image at any desired angle when the image is projected onto a screen. To accomplish the object, the invention provides an image display device including a first unit for storing an optical system for displaying an image on a screen and a second unit for storing a control board for controlling the optical system, electrically connecting to the first unit, and holding the first unit for rotation. The first and second units are housed in a housing space formed in an information processing device. When the image is projected onto the screen, the first unit is completely exposed from the information processing device and at least a part of the second unit is stored in the information processing device. When the image is not projected onto the screen, the first unit and the second unit are stored in the information processing device.

    摘要: A light source apparatus includes a light source unit in which a light source and a light source supporting member having elasticity in an optical axis direction are coupled together, and a collimating lens base member on which a collimating lens is supported. An optical axis direction adjusting member is positioned between the light source unit and the collimating lens base member. A position of the light source unit can be adjusted within a plane approximately perpendicular to the optical axis, and the light source unit can thereafter be secured relative to the collimating lens base member via the light source supporting member. The optical axis direction adjusting member is movable in the optical axis direction, and is disposed such that by its movement it causes the light source supporting member to deform against the elasticity of the light source supporting member, thereby allowing an adjustment of a position of the light source with respect to the collimating lens in the optical axis direction.

    摘要: An image display system comprises red, green and blue laser light source units (22 to 24), a spatial light modulator (25) that modulates the laser lights of different colors in a time sharing manner and a control unit (13) for controlling the operation of the laser light source units and the spatial light modulator. The green and red laser light source units are lighted in that order in each frame. The green color is diminished owing to the response delay of the spatial light modulator, but the green laser light produced by the green laser light source unit (23) has a relatively large color phase shift from the standard green color so that the shortage of green color cancels out with the color phase shift of the generated green color so that the color phase shift of the displayed intermediate color can be minimized.
