Abstract: A spotlight and a converging lens are provided. The converging lens has a light-emitting surface and a light incidence surface. An outer diameter of the converging lens is progressively decreased from the light-emitting surface toward the light incidence surface. The light-emitting surface has an opening. The light incidence surface has at least one annular groove. The at least one annular groove has a central axis. The converging lens of the invention may converge light beam and mitigate a light spill phenomenon, and the spotlight applying the converging lens has good lighting quality.
