Abstract: The present invention is an adhesive composition for stabilizing an electrical conductor. The adhesive composition includes a base polymer and an additive to interfere with photo-oxidation of metals. When the adhesive composition is in contact with the electrical conductor, the electrical conductor has less than about a 20% change in electrical resistance over a period of about 500 hours of light exposure.
