    Abstract: The present application provides an intumescent flame-retardant coiled material for cables and an intumescent flame-retardant cable. Specifically, the intumescent flame-retardant coiled material for cables comprises a thermal expansion layer and a combustible armor layer adjacent to the thermal expansion layer. The intumescent flame-retardant cable comprises a cable core; a thermal expansion layer adjacent to the cable core; and a combustible armor layer adjacent to the thermal expansion layer. The intumescent flame-retardant coiled material can be used for mounted and curved cables and can provide excellent flame-retardant performance while providing effective mechanical protection for cables.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a B-stageable epoxy adhesive composition and an article manufactured therefrom. The B-stageable epoxy adhesive composition comprises (A) 20% to 50% by weight of a first epoxy resin with an epoxide equivalent of 5000 g/eq or more; (B) 5% to 20% by weight of a second epoxy resin with an epoxide equivalent of 800 g/eq or less and having 2 to 4 epoxy functional groups; (C) 5% to 30% by weight of a carboxyl terminated polyester; (D) 5% to 15% by weight of a poly-isocyanate modified polyester; and (E) 0.1% to 0.5% by weight of a crosslinking agent containing 2 or more aziridine groups, all the content percentages are based on the total weight of the B-stageable epoxy adhesive composition. The B-stageable epoxy adhesive composition and the related products could be widely used as insulation protection for battery management, bus bar, transformers and other markets with a good balance between a high bonding strength and a high temperature resistance, and others.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a temperature-indicating composite material product and a manufacturing method and application thereof, the temperature-indicating composite material product comprising: a porous film (1), opaque to at least a portion of visible light or opaque to at least a portion of visible light and at least a portion of ultraviolet light; and a colored composite material layer (2) located at the lower surface of the porous film (1), wherein the colored composite material layer (2) comprises a macro-molecular connecting material, a crystalline material and a colorant. Preferably, the macro-molecular connecting material is a crosslinked pressure-sensitive adhesive material, wherein the crystalline material and the colorant are dispersed in the macro-molecular connecting material, and the macro-molecular connecting material is an amorphous material or has a melting point higher than that of the crystalline material. When heated and melted, the crystalline material may migrate into the porous film (1) and fill pores therein, making the porous film (1) transparent to visible light.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an elastomer composition, comprising, based on the total weight 100 wt. % of the elastomer composition: 1-50 wt. % of a modified ethylene propylene copolymer; 5-60 wt. % of a first silicone resin, the first silicone resin comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of the following: a hydroxyl-terminated silicone resin and an alkoxy-terminated silicone resin; 0.1-15 wt. % of a first crosslinking agent; 0.1-15 wt. % of a catalyst; and 10-85 wt. % of a filler. The elastomer composition provided by the present disclosure at least can be co-crosslinked in low temperature (approximately −20° C. to 60° C.) conditions. An elastomer prepared from the elastomer composition provided by the present disclosure has good mechanical properties and electrical insulation properties.
