Abstract: An electronic telecommunication article is described comprising a layer of fluoropolymer composition comprising an uncrosslinked fluoropolymer comprising at least 80, 85, or 90% by weight of polymerized units perfluorinated monomers including one or more unsaturated perfluorinated alkyl ethers. In typical embodiments, the uncrosslinked fluoropolymer comprises at least 10, 20, or 30 wt. % of one or more unsaturated perfluorinated alkyl ethers. The uncrosslinked fluoropolymer may be characterized as amorphous. The uncrosslinked fluoropolymer is soluble in fluorinated solvent. Also described are coated (e.g. copper) substrates, methods, and compositions.

Abstract: Compositions are described comprising at least one fluoropolymer, a solvent and an amino compound. The fluoropolymer comprises at least 90% by weight based on the total weight of the fluoropolymer of polymerized units derived from perfluorinated monomers selected from tetrafluoroethene (TFE) and one or more unsaturated perfluorinated alkyl ethers. The fluoropolymer typically comprises one or more cure sites, such as nitrile or halogenated cure sites. The solvent typically comprises a branched, partially fluorinated ether. In preferred embodiments the amine compound further comprises a silane group. Also described are methods of making the coating composition, methods of coating a substrate with UV and/or thermal curing, and the coated substrate.

Abstract: Disclosed is a temperature-indicating composite material product and a manufacturing method and application thereof, the temperature-indicating composite material product comprising: a porous film (1), opaque to at least a portion of visible light or opaque to at least a portion of visible light and at least a portion of ultraviolet light; and a colored composite material layer (2) located at the lower surface of the porous film (1), wherein the colored composite material layer (2) comprises a macro-molecular connecting material, a crystalline material and a colorant. Preferably, the macro-molecular connecting material is a crosslinked pressure-sensitive adhesive material, wherein the crystalline material and the colorant are dispersed in the macro-molecular connecting material, and the macro-molecular connecting material is an amorphous material or has a melting point higher than that of the crystalline material. When heated and melted, the crystalline material may migrate into the porous film (1) and fill pores therein, making the porous film (1) transparent to visible light.
