    Abstract: Disclosed is an additive composition that can impart excellent thermal resistance and flame retardancy to a synthetic resin. The additive composition contains a bromine-based flame retardant as a component (A), an antimony oxide as a component (B), a compound expressed by the formula (1) below as a component (C), and a phenolic antioxidant as a component (D). In the formula (1), R1, R2, R3, and R4 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms. It is preferable that R1, R2, R3, and R4 in the formula (1) each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a linear alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a polyolefin-based resin composition having excellent heat resistance and excellent flame retardancy. Specifically, provided is a flame-retardant polyolefin-based resin composition which includes a polyolefin resin and, incorporated thereinto, component (A), which is one or more melamine salts selected from the group consisting of melamine orthophosphate, melamine pyrophosphate, and melamine polyphosphate, component (B), which is one or more piperazine salts selected from the group consisting of piperazine orthophosphate, piperazine pyrophosphate, and piperazine polyphosphate, and component (C), which is a compound represented by general formula [1] and/or a compound represented by general formula [2].     Abstract: Provided are a flame-retardant polyolefin resin composition with high flame retardancy, particularly sufficient flame retardancy to meet the UL94 5VA standard and a molded article with high flame retardancy, particularly sufficient flame retardancy to meet the UL94 5VA standard.
