    Abstract: This invention provides a flame retardant agent composition capable of imparting excellent flame retardancy to a synthetic resin, a flame-retardant resin composition having excellent flame retardancy as well as water resistance and impact resistance, and a molded body thereof. Provided is a flame retardant agent composition containing the following components (A) and (B): component (A): a phosphate-based flame retardant agent containing at least any one of the following components (A-1) to (A-3): component (A-1): one or more melamine salts selected from the group consisting of melamine orthophosphate, melamine pyrophosphate, and melamine polyphosphate; component (A-2): one or more piperazine salts selected from the group consisting of piperazine orthophosphate, piperazine pyrophosphate, and piperazine polyphosphate; and component (A-3): one or more ammonium salts selected from the group consisting of ammonium orthophosphate, ammonium pyrophosphate, and ammonium polyphosphate; and component (B): one or more acid-modified polyolefins.

    Abstract: Provided are a flame retardant composition that provides a flame-retardant synthetic resin composition excellent in flame retardance and in longitudinal and lateral balance in terms of mold shrinkage factor, and a flame-retardant synthetic resin composition using the same and a molded body thereof. A flame retardant composition contains 0.005 to 5 parts by mass of component (B) based on 100 parts by mass of component (A), wherein component (A) is phosphoric acid salt-based flame retardant and component (B) is one or more compounds each having a structure represented by the following general formula (1): In the formula, R1 to R4 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, R5 represents a direct bond or an alkanediyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, M1 represents any of an alkali metal, an alkali earth metal, zinc, aluminum and a hydrogen atom, n is 1 and m is 0 when M1 represents an alkali metal or a hydrogen atom, n is 2 and m is 0 when M1 represents an alkali earth metal or zinc, and n is 1, 2 or 3 and m is an integer represented by 3-n when M1 represents aluminum.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an additive composition that can impart excellent thermal resistance and flame retardancy to a synthetic resin. The additive composition contains a bromine-based flame retardant as a component (A), an antimony oxide as a component (B), a compound expressed by the formula (1) below as a component (C), and a phenolic antioxidant as a component (D). In the formula (1), R1, R2, R3, and R4 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms. It is preferable that R1, R2, R3, and R4 in the formula (1) each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a linear alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a composition that can impart a drip preventing effect together with an excellent heat release suppressing effect to a resin, and that enables the resin to exhibit an excellent color tone, by being mixed with the resin. The composition includes a component (A) and/or a component (B), and a component (C). It is preferable that the composition contains the component (C) in an amount of 0.1 to 50 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of a total of the components (A) and (B). The component (A) is a (poly)phosphate compound represented by General Formula (1). The component (B) is a (poly)phosphate compound represented by General Formula (3). The component (C) is a hydrous magnesium silicate.
