    Abstract: A multi-mode and multi-band front-end device comprises at least one amplifier unit, at least one switching unit, at least one control unit, a plurality of transmission paths, and a plurality of frequency matching networks. The switching unit comprises at least input end and a plurality of connecting ends. Wherein the input end is electrically connected to the amplifier unit, and each of connecting ends is connected to each of transmission paths, respectively. Each of frequency matching networks is configured on each of transmission paths, and achieves impedance matching at different frequency bands, respectively. The multi-mode and multi-band front-end device is able to select one of transmission paths to transmit RF signal according to the frequency band of RF signal to be transmitted so as to improve the output power of the multi-mode and multi-band front-end device.

    Abstract: An impedance detecting and adjusting circuit includes an impedance adjusting unit, a frequency band detection source and a controller. The impedance adjusting unit is disposed in a radio frequency front end device. The radio frequency front end device includes one or more than one transmission port. The frequency band detection source is selectively coupled to the target transmission port of the one or more than one transmission port for transmitting the scan signals having different frequencies to the target transmission port to detect a corresponding operating frequency band of the target transmission port. The controller is coupled to the impedance adjusting unit for adjusting the impedance adjusting unit according to the measured operating frequency band and making the target transmission port achieve impedance matching at least in the operating frequency band thereof.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for compensating a power amplification unit of a wireless RF module that includes a baseband unit, a RF transceiver unit, a power amplification unit and a control unit. The baseband unit is connected to the power amplification unit through the control unit and the RF transceiver unit. Based on the characteristic of the power amplification unit, the baseband unit provides a control signal to regulate the output signal characteristic of the power amplification unit, or provides a RF transceiver unit control signal to regulate the characteristics of the RF signal being transmitted by the RF transceiver unit to the power amplification unit, or to regulate the characteristics of the baseband signal being transmitted to the RF transceiver unit, enabling the characteristics of the output signal of the power amplification unit to meet the specifications of the related system.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a low loss antenna switch. The antenna switch comprises a plurality of switch module and a plurality of transmitting/receiving terminals, wherein one end of each switch module is connected to an antenna unit and the other end of each switch module is connected to each transmitting and receiving end respectively. Further, each switch module comprises a plurality of switch units in series, wherein the width of at least one switch unit is smaller than other switch units of each switch module. Thus, the parasitic capacitance of the off-stage switch modules can be reduced, and VSWR (Voltage Standing Wave Ratio) of the antenna switch also can be improved.

    Abstract: A wideband front-end device comprises a wideband amplifying module and a plurality of narrow band filters. The wideband amplifying module comprises an input end, a plurality connecting ends and at least one receiving end. A wideband transmitting RF signal can be transmitted to one of the connecting ends from the input end according to the frequency band thereof. Thus, the wideband transmitting RF signal can be divided into several narrow band signals with different frequency bands. Each narrow band signal with different frequency bands is transmitted to different connecting ends and narrow band filters respectively. Therefore, each narrow band filter can be used to filter wideband transmitting RF signal or narrow band signals with different frequency bands respectively to reduce production costs of the wideband front-end device.

    Abstract: The present invention is related to a communication device capable of self-detecting operation status and detecting method thereof. The communication device comprises at least one communication module and a control module. The communication module is capable of self-detecting operation status, so as to generate at least one status information. The control module is allowed to read out the status information of the communication module via a Mobile Industry Processor Interface (MIPI). When the need for the adjustment of operation status of the communication module is diagnosed by the control module, a control signal is generated, and the control signal is transmitted to the communication module via the MIPI, so as to adjust operation status of the communication module. As such, the communication module may be operated under its best status, and also reduce the probability of overheating or abnormal operation.
