摘要: A manufacturing method for a rotary electric machine core includes a lamination step in which a plurality of steel plates is laminated so that a laminated body is configured, a heating step in which the laminated body is heated to a specified target temperature, a pressurization step in which the laminated body is pressed by a pressurization member until a pressure load reaches a target load larger than a specified fastening load in a state where the laminated body is heated to the target temperature, the pressurization member is then made to stand still until the pressure load is constant, and, once the pressure load is constant, the pressurization member is moved away, and a fastening step in which, after the heating and the pressurization are stopped, the steel plates that configure the laminated body are fastened by a fastening part until the fastening load is generated.

The method includes arranging a light projecting part and a light receiving part of a photosensor in the openings of the cooling flow path, respectively, and detecting light from the light projecting part by the light receiving part to thereby inspect a penetrating state of the cooling flow path.

摘要: A rotor 14 includes a shaft having a coolant flow passage and a coolant supply port, a rotor core 24 fixed on the shaft and formed of laminated steel plates, and a magnet set 32 provided in the rotor core 24 to extend along an axial direction thereof. The rotor core 24 has a first flow passage 34 provided near the magnet to extend therealong and a second flow passage 36 that connects the coolant supply port 28 of the shaft 22 and the first flow passage 34, thereby constituting a coolant flow path. The second flow passage 36 is formed by overlapping second slits 37 formed in the respective steel plates at an axially intermediate region A of the rotor core 24, the formed position of the second slit 37 being different for each steel plate combined. The first flow passage 34 and the second flow passage 36 join at the axially intermediate region A of the rotor core 24.
