Abstract: A manufacturing method is used for a current sensor including a current measurement circuit configured to include magnetoelectric conversion elements, a first amplification-and-correction circuit configured to amplify an output of the current measurement circuit and correct, based on a set first correction amount, a temperature characteristic of an offset, a second amplification-and-correction circuit configured to amplify an output of the first amplification-and-correction circuit, adjust a sensitivity, and correct, based on a set second correction amount, a magnitude of the offset, and a substrate in which the current measurement circuit, the first amplification-and-correction circuit, and the second amplification-and-correction circuit are provided, wherein after the first correction amount is set based on characteristics of the magnetoelectric conversion elements, the magnetoelectric conversion elements are mounted in the substrate and the second correction amount is set.

Abstract: A current sensor includes a pair of magnetic balance sensors and a switching circuit. The magnetic balance sensors each include a magnetic sensor element and a feedback coil. The magnetic sensor element varies in characteristics due to an induction field caused by measurement current. The feedback coil is disposed near the magnetic sensor element and produces a canceling magnetic field canceling out the induction field. Each of the magnetic balance sensors outputs, as a sensor output, a value corresponding to current flowing through the feedback coil when a balanced state in which the induction field and the canceling magnetic field cancel each other out is reached after the feedback coil is energized. The switching circuit turns on/off one of the magnetic balance sensors.

Abstract: A current sensor includes a first current path, a second current path disposed parallel to the first current path, and a pair of first magnetic sensors. The first current path has a pair of main surfaces and includes a plate-shaped first region. The second current path has a pair of main surfaces and includes a plate-shaped second region. The first magnetic sensors are arranged on the respective main surfaces in the first region such that sensing axes of the first magnetic sensors are parallel to the respective main surfaces in the first region. The first magnetic sensors are configured to sense a magnetic field generated by a target current flowing through the first region.
