摘要: A device and a method for producing a pulp web in which the first clothing and the second clothing are wrapped partly round the forming roll and another roll. The pulp web formed is guided between the forming roll and the other roll on the first clothing and the second clothing is guided separately from the first clothing, at least in one section. This enables the pulp web to be produced with low energy consumption and operating costs.

摘要: The invention relates to a method and a device for drying a pulp web, with dewatering of the pulp web by pressing and the pulp web being guided directly on the press belt to a first transfer area for transfer of the pulp web to a transfer clothing and transfer of the pulp web in a second transfer area to a dryer. It is characterized in that the pulp web undergoes thermal drying between the first transfer area and the second transfer area. This enables production of a pulp web with improved quality characteristics and low energy consumption at the same time.

摘要: A method for producing a fibrous pulp web, in which a fibrous pulp suspension is dewatered in a Twin Wire Former to form a fibrous pulp web which is dried with a TAD dryer. A pre-dewatering device with a hood and suction roll is provided after the Twin Wire Former and before the TAD dryer. The fibrous pulp web is guided through the pre-dewatering device between exactly two machine cloths. The machine cloth between suction roll and the web is a porous felt, and the machine cloth between web and hood is a structured wire. A volume flux of hot drying fluid greater than 100 m3/(m2·min), preferably greater than 250 m3/(m2·min,) is drawn through the fibrous pulp web into the suction roll.
