Abstract: A multiport connector and a power control method are provided. The multiport connector comprises a power output port and multiple power input ports. The power output port is connected to an electronic device. The power input ports are connected to multiple power adapters to form multiple power transmission paths. Each power transmission path comprises a power line, a detecting circuit and an impedance component connected to the detecting circuit in series. Therefore, when the electronic device is connected to the multiport connector, the electronic device detects the equivalent impedance formed by the impedance components on the detecting circuits to adjust an upper limit of load power.

The method is adapted to update a first battery parameter set of a target battery module, and includes: collecting a plurality of second battery parameter sets to a server when updating of a plurality of other battery modules are completed; classifying the second battery parameter sets based on a collection condition and storing them as reference battery parameter sets; determining whether the target battery module has not updated the first battery parameter set for more than a specified time; selecting a suitable battery parameter set close to a use state of the target battery module from the reference battery parameter sets when the target battery module does not update the first battery parameter set for more than the specified time; and updating the first battery parameter set of the target battery module according to the suitable battery parameter set.

Abstract: A charging system includes a transmission line, a power adaptor, and an electronic device. The transmission line includes a first terminal and a second terminal. The power adaptor is coupled to the first terminal and generates a charging voltage and a first voltage signal. The charging voltage is at a first voltage level. The electronic device is coupled to the second terminal and receives the first voltage signal. When the first voltage signal is larger than a first preset voltage signal, the electronic device outputs a second voltage signal to the power adaptor. When the second voltage signal is larger than a second preset voltage signal, the power adaptor adjusts the charging voltage into a second voltage level.
