摘要: Method and systems for decentralized healthcare services are disclosed. An example system includes a healthcare service center having one or more computer servers and configured to remotely serve patients and healthcare providers. An example method is implemented at least by the healthcare service center and includes the steps of obtaining patient preferences concerning a language or a location of the healthcare providers, maintaining patient profiles, obtaining a request for a healthcare service from a requesting patient, selecting one or more of the healthcare providers using the patient preferences, enabling one or more of the selected healthcare providers to review and respond to the request, establishing a bidirectional communication between the requesting patient and the responding healthcare provider in real-time, and producing a diagnosis of the requesting patient and at least one of a digital diagnostic request, a digital therapy request, and a digital prescription.

Alternatively, the electrodes can be in the form of a needle, such as acupuncture needle, bracelets, armbands, wristbands, necklaces, or jewelry pieces. A method for electrostimulation therapy includes the steps of attaching a first electrode to a user or soil of a plant at a first location and attaching at least one additional electrode to the user or the plant at other locations for a predetermined period. The electrodes are not connected to a voltage or current source. Because at least two electrodes are of different metals, they cause an electrical current to flow via at least a portion of the user or the soil of the plant.

摘要: An apparatus for stretching comprises a body holder for connecting to a support device. The body holder includes a body support panel for receiving an upper portion of a torso of a user, a left arm holder for receiving a left arm, and a right arm holder for receiving a right arm, and a body holder closing device. The left arm holder and the right arm holder are pivotally connected to the body support panel. The body support panel can have a curved surface to approximate a part of the torso. The left arm holder can have a flat or curved surface to approximate a left side of the torso and at least a portion of left arm. The right arm holder can have a flat or curved surface to approximate at least a right side of the torso and at least a portion of right arm.
