The mounting system is configured to adjust a position of the shower assembly relative to the building structure. The mounting system includes a post and a fitting. The post is configured to be coupled to the building structure at a fixed position. The fitting is coupled to the shower assembly and adjustably coupled to the post, such that a vertical position of the shower assembly may be adjusted relative to the post and the building structure.

    Abstract: A stress cone (10) for massaging tight back muscles of a human body, the stress cone being a conical shaped body (11) with a rounded tip (12) at one end and an opposed concave base (14) at an opposed end. The stress cone (10) is typically made of solid rubber or other rigid but slightly compressible materials, and in some embodiments features a hollow core (18) for housing a vibrating motor (20). In use, the stress cone (10) is affixed to a wall via the concave base (14), and a user positions an identified pressure point of his or her body against the tip (12) and applies body pressure to the tip. The user can move side to side or up and down against the stress cone, massaging the muscles located at the pressure point to loosen them.

    Abstract: A self-administering massage device which provides a user the ability to massage and engage a variety of muscle groups without external aid. The device includes a track, a carriage, a locking mechanism, an interchangeable massage head, a first coupling link, a lockable hinge joint, a first quick lock-and-release mechanism. The track allows the interchangeable massage head to be positioned to a variety of height. The carriage is slidably engaged with the track and supports the interchangeable massage head. The locking mechanism is mechanically integrated into the slidable engagement of the carriage and the track in order to secure the carriage at the selected height. The interchangeable massage head is the component which applies the massage pressure. The lockable hinge joint and the coupling link removably couple the interchangeable massage head to the carriage. The lockable hinge joint allows for the interchangeable massage head to be positioned at an angled orientation.
