    摘要: An inspection method for detecting a defect in a test object. A particulate is generated, then the generated particulate is introduced into a test object. Subsequently, light having high directivity is emitted such that the light passes in the vicinity of the test object to irradiate the particulate discharged from the test object, thereby making the particulate visible. An inspection apparatus for detecting a defect in a test object, including a particulate generator, a particulate introducing device which introduces the particulate into a test object, and a high directional light emitter emitting light passing in the vicinity of the test object and irradiating the particulate discharged from the test object to visualize the particulate. The inspection method and apparatus can detect a defect with high sensitivity and shorten an inspection time and a post-treatment time.

In the film bonding machine 1, the processing position of the tape 7 bonded onto the end surface 8 of the honeycomb structural body 6 can be recognized by the image-pick means 3 on the same axis as the laser oscillation means 2. As a result, the tape bonded onto the end surface of the honeycomb structural body can be accurately processed by the laser.

    摘要: A sensor detects a vibration generated due to water leakage. An integration circuit integrates time intervals for which a signal obtained by absolute-value amplifying an output signal from the sensor exceeds a predetermined level within a predetermined period of time. The integration circuit performs the integration a plurality of times. A detection circuit selects a minimum value of a plurality of integration values obtained by the plurality of measurements as an integration value obtained when the influence of unrelated noise is at a minimum and compares the minimum value with a preset reference value. When the minimum value exceeds the reference value, the detection circuit determines the presence of water leakage, and when the minimum value is smaller than the reference value, determines the absence of water leakage.

    摘要: To provide a lithium secondary cell, which is excellent in productivity since a cell structure is simple and easy for assembly. Provided is a lithium secondary cell having: an internal electrode body including a positive electrode plate, a negative electrode plate, the positive electrode plate and the negative electrode plate being wound and laminated around an external periphery wall of a hollow cylindrical winding core, and inside the internal electrode body a nonaqueous electrolyte solution being impregnated, a cylindrical cell case contained in this internal electrode body 1 with both ends being opened, and two electrode caps sealing the above described internal electrode body 1 at both the open ends of this cell case. The electrode cap has a plate member sealing the internal electrode body and disposed so as to seal both the open ends of the above described cell case, an external terminal member protruding onto the surface of the electrode caps to lead out currents to outside, and an internal terminal member brought into connection with the internal electrode body and taking out currents from the internal electrode body, and an elastic body and at least two of the above described plate member, the external terminal member and the internal terminal member are joined together for construction.     摘要: A lithium secondary cell includes an internal electrode body having a positive electrode plate and a negative electrode plate wound and laminated around an external peripheral wall of a hollow cylindrical winding core. The inside of the internal electrode body is impregnated with a nonaqueous electrolyte solution. A cylindrical cell case houses the internal electrode body and has open ends sealed with plate member electrode caps. An external terminal member protrudes onto the surface of the electrode caps to lead current to the outside of the cell case, and an internal terminal member connects with the internal electrode body to take current from the internal electrode body. An elastic body and at least two of the plate member, the external terminal member and the internal terminal member are joined together for construction. An assembly of lithium secondary cells is also disclosed.
