The cage stator coil is formed by compressing a central portion of an original cage stator coil. The end side segment core composing the end core is set at a central portion in an axial direction of the cage stator coil then the end side coil is moved to an end portion in the axial direction. The central side segment core composing the central core is set at the central portion in the axial direction of the cage stator coil thereafter.

    摘要: Disclosed is an apparatus for rolling a substantially planar electric wire by more than one turn into a spiral shape. The apparatus includes an inner pressing member having an outer surface, an intermediate pressing member having radially inner and outer surfaces, and an outer pressing member having an inner surface. The inner and intermediate pressing members together press a first part of the electric wire between the outer surface of the inner pressing member and the inner surface of the intermediate pressing member, thereby plastically deforming the first part to extend along the outer surface of the inner pressing member. The intermediate and outer pressing members together press a second part of the electric wire between the outer surface of the intermediate pressing member and the inner surface of the outer pressing member, thereby plastically deforming the second part to extend along the outer surface of the intermediate pressing member.

Each shaped wire member has plural straight portions and plural turn portions alternately connecting adjacent straight portions at each of both ends of each straight portion. The body has plural straight superposed portions each formed by mutually superposing the plural straight portions. A wound-up body has plural straight stack portions The straight portions are fitted to respective fitting grooves of an alignment member, the fitting grooves being formed in the alignment member at intervals each corresponding to the size of a gap between adjacent straight stack portions. The integrated body is wound about a core member together with the alignment member, with the straight portions being fitted to the alignment member to form the wound-up body.

    摘要: A rotor provided in rotary electric machines comprises a stator core having a radial direction and slots provided with bottomed openings directed in the radial direction. The rotor also comprises a stator coil comprising slot accommodation portions being accommodated in the slots of the stator core and coil end portions each connecting mutually adjacent slot accommodation portions among the slot accommodation portions and respectively protruding from both end faces of the stator core. The stator coil is pre-formed into a cylindrical shape before the slot accommodation portions are accommodated into the slots of the stator core. The slot accommodation portions are formed to respectively have convex parts each protruding toward an opposite way to the slot openings, before the slot accommodation portions are accommodated into the slots. The convex parts are pressed by the stator core toward the openings during accommodation of the slot accommodation portions into the slots.

    摘要: A tapered cage coil is prepared, having a small-diameter top coil end 101 and a large-diameter base coil end. The tapered cage coil is axially inserted into a stator core. Then, the tapered cage coil is radially expanded to thrust slot-accommodated portions of the coil into slots of the stator core. This can eliminate the necessity of deforming the base coil end to thereby facilitate the manufacturing procedures. At the same time, possible spring back can be mitigated.
