摘要: The application describes a clamping device for a steering column, in which a first clamping plate element is rotatable between a released position and a clamped position in relation to a second clamping plate element, wherein a rolling body which establishes contact is provided between the clamping plate elements. The second clamping plate element comprises a clamping ramp with a contour for the rolling body so that when the clamping plate elements are rotated in relation to each other, the space between the clamping plate elements changes. One clamping plate element comprises a surface which forms a plane on which the rolling body rolls from the released position to the clamped position.

摘要: A clamping device includes a first clamping plate and a second clamping plate, the first clamping plate being rotatable between a released position and a clamped position in relation to the second clamping plate. The clamping device further includes a rolling body which establishes contact between the first and second clamping plates. The second clamping plate includes a clamping ramp with a contour for the rolling body so that when the clamping plates are rotated in relation to each other, the space between the clamping plates changes. The first clamping plate has a surface which forms a plane on which the rolling body rolls from the released position to the clamped position.

摘要: Clamping device, especially for a steering column, with a first ramp plate, which can rotate relative to a second ramp plate between a released position and a clamped position by changing a distance between the ramp plates is provided. The first ramp plate (2) and the second ramp plate (3) each have at least two lifting ramps (5, 6) arranged in the circumferential direction for roller bodies and at least one guiding recess, and more preferably two diagonal guiding recesses (9, 10), in the plane of the ramp plates (2, 3) for control elements. The lifting ramps (5, 6) and the guiding recesses (9, 10) of the first and the second ramp plate (2, 3) are arranged so that they operate in opposite directions relative to each other. 摘要: The linear rolling bearing for transmitting torques about its longitudinal axis has an inner profile element and an outer profile element a first circulatory channel having roller bodies and a second circulatory channel having roller bodies. Each circulatory channel having a loadbearing channel, a return channel, and two deflection channels which connect the loadbearing channel and the return channel to one another in an endless manner. The inner profile has longitudinal teeth and each circulatory channel is positioned between separate teeth. The loadbearing channel of both the first and second circulatory channel bear against the same tooth. The first and second circulatory channel can transmit torque in the same direction by changing the return channel to a load bearing channel such that there are two loadbearing channels both on different teeth.

摘要: An actuating unit for use on an electromechanically actuated disc brake for automotive vehicles including a drive unit or an electric motor, an actuating element for actuating one of two friction linings displaceably arranged in a brake caliper, and a first and a second reducing gear. The first reducing gear is comprised as a ball screw, while a planetary gear is used as the second reducing gear. To increase the efficiency, the present invention discloses a coupling shaft used to transmit forces from the planet cage of the planetary gear to the threaded spindle of the ball screw. The ends of the coupling shaft form universal joints with the planet cage and the threaded spindle.

摘要: An apparatus for converting a rotational movement into a rectilinear movement includes a threaded spindle, a nut (8) which surrounds the latter concentrically at a spacing, and a number of rolling bodies which are disposed in the spacing and roll on the track-forming outer thread of the threaded spindle as well as on the corresponding track (4) forming inner thread of the nut (8). At the conclusion of this rotation inside an axial groove (13) in the nut (8), the rolling body can be returned to its initial position by a cam (15) disposed in the vicinity of an end face of the cage (9). According to the invention, balls (3) are provided as rolling bodies and are respectively disposed in groups in a plurality of cage elements (10), and each cage element (10) is guided for displacement in an axis-parallel manner relative to the threaded spindle within one of the slot-shaped pockets (11) in the cage (9). In this way, a threaded drive is provided which has a simple design and is economical to produce.
