    摘要: A machine for hard-rolling a workpiece such as a crankshaft includes a drive apparatus (7) for rotating the crankshaft (8, 113), suspension apparatuses (9 to 17), hard-rolling devices (18 to 26, 111) movably supported by the suspension apparatuses, and a crankshaft transport apparatus (100). Each hard rolling device is a scissors jaw including two scissors arms (46, 47, 114, 115), with respective hardening roller heads (66 to 69, 118) and respective opposite counter-support heads (74, 119) mounted on the upper ends of the scissors arms facing the crankshaft. Each suspension apparatus (9 to 17) is slidably adjustable along the rotation axis (27) of the drive apparatus (7). A drive arrangement (49, 122) is connected to the lower ends of the scissors arms directed away from the crankshaft, for closing and opening the scissors arms to a maximum opening width (59, 130) that is larger than twice the maximum structural radius (60, 131) of the crankshaft. A respective angled bellcrank lever (78) is pivotally supported on each suspension apparatus, with one shank thereof pivotally connected to one scissors arm and the other shank thereof connected to a piston cylinder unit (84), which in turn is connected to the suspension apparatus (9 to 17). Guide members (88, 89) are provided for guiding the upper ends of the scissors arms.

The corresponding outer ends (4, 5, 9, 10) of the tongs arms (2, 3) are provided with a deep rolling tool (6) or a force generator (11) for generating the deep rolling force. A measuring tape (18) and a sensor (19) which are provided on the pivot joint (24) are used to measure the impression depth of the deep rolling rollers (12) under the effect of the deep rolling force. A measuring device (22) mounted on the exterior (21) of a tongs arm (2) is used to measure the degree by which the tongs arm (2) bends under the effect of the deep rolling force.

    摘要: Wheels of rail vehicles are trued while the wheels are kept rotating about a wheel center of rotation that is continuously corrected to keep the center of rotation in a fixed position in response to eccentricities a wheel may have, especially in its outer circumference. For this purpose, a sensor for each wheel of two wheels forming a set senses a respective excursion of a center of rotation of each wheel being trued in a set to provide respective excursion signals which are supplied to a central processing unit that provides control signals to a power drive for wheel guide rollers which support the wheel set to be trued. The power drive applies wheel position adjusting force components, preferably directed radially relative to the respective wheel rotational axis in response to the control signals from the central processing unit whereby the excursions are compensated and the wheel rotation center is kept in a fixed position. The truing machine is an under-floor machine equipped with sensors for sensing the excursions and with a central computerized control for producing correction signals from excursion signals to control the wheel guide roller power drive.

The two shearing arms (3 and 4) of the deep rolling unit (15) are articulately connected to one another at the rotating joint (5).
