The network access scheduler is configured to determine whether the reservation message prevents conflict of the first wireless network with a coexisting wireless network during the interval, and to schedule, based on a determination that the reservation message prevents conflict with the coexisting wireless network, the wireless apparatus to transmit on the first wireless network during the interval to a wireless device other than a wireless device identified in the reservation message.
