A method for aligning a cutter spindle of a granulator, particularly an underwater granulator, relative to a cutting plate includes rotationally driving the cutter spindle with a drive motor, measuring a force acting on the cutter spindle, generating a corresponding signal, and adjusting especially the angular alignment of the cutter spindle relative to the cutting plate as a function of the signal by pivoting the cutter spindle about at least two pivot axes which enclose an angle with each other A granulator, particularly an underwater granulator, for producing plastic granulate, has a cutting box and a cutter spindle, a cutter holder rotatably received in the cutting box, and a drive motor connected to the cutter spindle, and is configured to perform the aforedescribed method.

The present invention relates to a method for aligning a cutter spindle of a granulator, particularly an underwater granulator, relative to a cutting plate (4). As precise an alignment of the cutter spindle is of great significance here for continuous very high to optimal quality of the granulate. According to the invention, such can be achieved by the following steps. Rotationally driving the cutter spindle (14) by means of a drive motor, measuring a force acting on the cutter spindle (14), generating a corresponding signal, and adjusting the alignment and especially the angular alignment of the cutter spindle (14) relative to the cutting plate (4) as a function of the signal. The invention further relates to a granulator, particularly an underwater granulator, for producing plastic granulate, having a cutting box (2) and a cutter spindle (14), a cutter holder rotatably received in the cutting box (2) being mounted thereon and acting together with a cutting plate (4) during operation, and a drive motor that can be connected to the cutter spindle (14), having means for measuring a force acting on the cutter spindle (14), means for generating a corresponding signal, and adjusting means (30, 30′, 30″) for adjusting the alignment of the cutter spindle (14) relative to the cutting plate (4) as a function of the signal.

A client database manager can cause a memory of a client device on a client side of a network to store a first component, a second component, and a relationship value representing a dependent relationship between the first component and the second component. A client processing module can cause a processor to receive, after the storing, a request to process the first component at the client device. The client database manager can send to the server side of the network a request for an update of at least one of the first component or the second component. The client processing module can cause the processor to process at the client device, before receiving a response to the request for the update from the server side of the network, at least a portion of the first component and at least a portion of the second component based on the relationship value.

Various embodiments of systems and methods for a layering concept for a repository of a user interface framework for Web applications are described herein. The content of a repository provided by different parties (e.g., vendor, partner, customer, user, etc.) is separated. The separation is achieved by assigning solutions to the parties that store content in the repository. Simplified access to the repository is achieved by layering the solutions in a stack and implementing a layer strategy for the layers and their order of access.

A method comprising providing a centralizer disposed about a wellbore tubular, wherein the centralizer comprises a first collar, a second collar, a plurality of bow springs coupling the first collar to the second collar, and a plurality of particulates disposed on an outer surface of at least one bow spring, wherein one or more of the first collar, the second collar, and the bow springs comprise a composite material, and placing the wellbore tubular in a wellbore disposed in a subterranean formation. A method comprising providing a centralizer disposed about a wellbore tubular, wherein the wellbore tubular comprises a stop collar, a protrusion, or an upset on either end of the centralizer, and wherein the centralizer comprises three or more collars, a plurality of bow springs comprising a plurality of portions of bow springs, wherein each portion of bow springs couples two adjacent collars, and wherein one or more of the collars and the bow springs comprise a composite material, and placing the wellbore tubular in a wellbore disposed in a subterranean formation.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing code representing instructions that when executed are configured to cause a processor to perform a process. The code can comprise code to receive, on a client side of a network, an indicator that a first software object has been moved from a first application into a dropzone region of a second application. The code can include code to receive an indicator that a second software object has been moved into the dropzone region of the second application, and code to access a plurality of dropzone conditions. The code can include code to determine that a dropzone condition from the plurality of dropzone conditions has been satisfied based on the first software object and the second software object both being moved into the dropzone region, and code to send to a server side of a network an indicator that the dropzone condition has been satisfied.

Methods and apparatus for displaying objects in client GUI. A lead selection and scoping information is used to determine whether the object is viewable, and the object is rendered only if it is at least partially viewable. The lead selection and scoping information is used to determine whether data is needed to render the object, and data is received from a corresponding object on a server only if it is needed to render the object. Determining whether the object is viewable in the GUI can be based on declaratively marked entities within the object's view and on view calculation rules. Determining whether data is needed to render the object can be based on declaratively marked entities within the object's data model such as flags indicating whether the data field is valid or whether the binding of the data field to a data source is valid.

Methods for synchronizing data in client-server architectures are described. A client stores data in first and second fields. The value stored in the second field depends on the value stored in the first. When the client writes a new value to the first field, it disables writing to the second field. The client sends a refresh request and receives a refresh response from a server. The refresh request and response contain differences in data stored in the client and server fields. If the refresh response includes a new value for the second field, the client writes the value to the second field. A round trip pending flag associated with the first field is set. A data invalid flag associated with the second field is set. New data can be written to a third field when the value of the third field does not depend on the value of the first field.
