    摘要: A process for producing a heat- and pressure-resistant polyester bottle, comprising a primary blow-molding step of obtaining a primary molded article by biaxially stretch-blow-molding a preform of a polyester resin, a heat-treating step of obtaining a secondary molded article that is heat-shrunk by heat-treating the primary molded article, and a secondary blow-molding step of obtaining a finally molded article by biaxially stretch-blow-molding the secondary molded article, wherein the primary blow-molding step biaxially stretches the neck portion of the primary molded article to a size nearly the same as the neck portion of the finally molded article, and the heat-treating step does not cause the neck portion of the secondary molded article to be heat-shrunk. The heat- and pressure-resistant polyester bottle has a slender neck portion of the shape of a so-called crane neck and is suited for containing beer without eradicating the impression of the traditional glass-bottled beer, wherein the length of the neck portion is in a range of 10 to 40% of the height of the bottle, the crystallinity of the neck portion is in a range of 20 to 35%, and the crystallinity of the body portion is in a range of 35 to 50%.

    摘要: There is provided a chemical liquid supply system configured to filter a chemical liquid by opening/closing operations of first and second opening/closing valves and a supply/exhaust operation. The chemical liquid supply system includes a pressure sensor, a flow meter, an electro-pneumatic regulator and a controller. The pressure sensor detects a pressure in the operation room when the first opening/closing valve is opened at a time of starting a replenishment of the chemical liquid into the chemical liquid pump. The flow rate sensor detects an exhaust flow rate exhausted from the operation room. The controller adjusts an exhaust pressure by controlling the electro-pneumatic regulator based on the detected pressure and the detected exhaust flow rate so as not to cause an excessive pressure change when the replenishment of the chemical liquid is started.

The motion conversion mechanism includes a first motion conversion mechanism that is connected to the piston and moves the piston in a reciprocating motion in directions substantially parallel to the axial direction of the intermediate shaft. The plurality of types of anti-vibration mechanism is accommodated in the casing.

    摘要: The present disclosure provides a chemical liquid supply nozzle capable of suppressing the drying process of chemical liquid with a low cost. The chemical liquid supply nozzle is provided with a cutoff valve and a suction unit that sucks chemical liquid to a suction flow path at a nozzle main body connected to a front end of flow path member. Accordingly, the chemical liquid remaining at the downstream side of the cutoff valve after the chemical liquid is discharged, is sucked toward the upstream side of the cutoff valve and removed, to thereby suppress the drying and solidifying process of the chemical liquid at the chemical liquid flow path. Also, there is no need to block the chemical liquid flow path by sucking thinner at the downstream side of chemical liquid flow path, and the number of dummy dispense may be reduced, thereby reducing an overall operation cost of the process.
