摘要: A piston connected with a piston rod is fitted in a cylinder having a hydraulic fluid sealed therein. A damping force is generated through extension and compression disk valves and an orifice. Vehicle height adjustment is performed with a self-leveling mechanism by transferring the hydraulic fluid between the cylinder and a hydraulic fluid tank. A bladder of the hydraulic fluid tank is clamped between an outer flange portion of a partition member and a casing. Because the hydraulic fluid tank is formed without welding, it is possible to avoid contamination of the hydraulic fluid by welding sputter and thermal deformation. Provision of an O-ring on the outer flange portion can reduce the pressure acting from a reservoir on the clamped portion of the bladder and hence prevent dislodging of the bladder.

摘要: A cutting liquid supply device in a machine tool is configured to remove gas mixed in a cutting liquid supply line to improve the response of discharging a mist of cutting liquid. Cutting liquid is supplied from a pump (42) through a rotary joint (28) to a mist generation device (24) within a rotating spindle (29). The pressure of the cutting liquid is measured by a pressure sensor (47). An air vent device (30) for opening and closing, with respect to atmospheric pressure, piping (3) that supplies the cutting liquid is provided above the rotary joint (28). A detection signal is inputted in the control board (70) from the pressure sensor (47), and when the control board (70) detects, after the pump (42) stops the supply of the cutting liquid to the piping (3), that the pressure of the cutting liquid does not decrease to a level lower than a predetermined threshold value, the control board (70) instructs the air vent device (30) to open the piping (4) to the atmosphere.

摘要: A subject of the present invention is to provide an electric power steering capable of improving a contact ratio by using an hourglass worm to attain a higher output, and also performing a correction of a misalignment easily by simplifying remarkably a fitting operation of the hourglass worm. A worm gear system causes a hourglass worm 2 driven by an electric motor 4 to mesh with a worm wheel 3 provided to an output shaft 5, and a bearing 7 on the shaft end side, which bears rotatably the hourglass worm 2 is composed of a tapered roller bearing an outer ring of which can be separated. In a fitting operation, an inner ring 7a and rolling elements 7b are fitted into the hourglass worm 2 and also an outer ring 7c is fitted in advance in a gear housing 1. Then, the tapered roller bearing 7 is assembled in the gear housing 1 by moving the hourglass worm 2 obliquely to a rotating shaft line of the hourglass worm 2 in the gear housing 1 along a raceway of the outer ring 7c.

摘要: Left and right lamps or rear are connected to a stop lamp switch or a turn signal switch by left and right relays. When the turn signal switch is made ON to left and an intermittent signal is inputted from a flasher unit, a left relay is made ON by an output of a left integrating circuit and a left lamp is flashed in accordance with the intermittent signal. During the time period, an NAND circuit for inputting the intermittent signal is made H. Since a right relay is made OFF, when the stop lamp switch is made ON, a right lamp is continuously lighted. Thereafter, when the turn signal switch is made OFF, the NAND circuit is made L and the left relay is made OFF by rapidly discharging the left integrating circuit. Thereby, also the left lamp is shifted to light continuously without delay.
