    Abstract: A series for an epicyclic gear train and a planet gear carrier consisting of a carrier base with a plurality of axial receptacles for bearing pins of planet gears and a depression for receiving an axial section of a pinion. The object of the present invention is to specify a planet gear carrier, which shifts the boundaries of the reduction range such that a greater variation of the reduction gear ratios is possible, wherein an economical process is used and reliable production is ensured. Also described is a series of planetary gear trains having the same properties. In the case of series, the number of components is in particular to be minimized by increasingly using common parts that can be combined with other common parts.

    Abstract: An electric motor for a fluid pump, in particular an oil pump, the electric motor comprising a housing in which a stator, a rotor, and a tapping plate are arranged, wherein the tapping plate comprises connecting contacts for the electrical connection to windings of the stator and connecting elements for connecting to an electronic control system and/or electronic positioning system, the tapping plate is formed or overmolded by a plastic material, and the stator is encased by an overmolding which forms a bearing seat for the rotor. The invention furthermore relates to a modular motor family for forming different, in particular differently powerful, fluid pumps comprising several brushless electric motors, wherein the individual electric motors differ from each other by different motor diameters and/or motor lengths and/or configuration variants. The invention furthermore relates to a production method for an electric motor.

    Abstract: A magnet sensor assembly for use in an electric drive having a shaft with a shaft end. The magnet sensor assembly includes a magnet sensor having a permanent magnet bonded in plastic, an adapter, means for mounting the magnet sensor on the shaft end of the shaft, means for connecting the adapter to the magnet sensor and a force-fit connection for mounting the adapter on the shaft end. The invention provides a magnet sensor assembly which allows as simple a connection as possible to be established between a magnet sensor and a shaft end of a shaft or an inner ring of a rolling element bearing secured to the shaft, for which simple manufacturing and mounting methods may be used which are reliable.

    Abstract: A magnet assembly in an electric drive having a shaft. The assembly includes a permanent magnet bonded in plastic and having two protrusions. An adapter has two protrusions and two recesses. The end face of the shaft has two cavities, which receive the two adapter protrusions to mount the adapter to the shaft. The two protrusions of the magnet are received in the recesses in the adapter in order to mount the magnet to the adapter. In another embodiment the shaft has an outer circumferential surface. Here, the adapter has a recess of a first shape and a second recess for mounting the adapter onto the outer circumferential surface of the shaft and the permanent magnet has a protrusion shaped to mate with the first shape of the first recess in the adapter, and the first recess is configured to receive the protrusion to mount the magnet to the adapter.
