Abstract:
A fungicide and process for the protection of wood requiring a mixture of (a) the aluminum salt of N-nitroso-Ncyclohexylhydroxylamine, and (b) Nfluorodichloromethylthiophthalimide or N,N''-dimethyl-N''-phenyl(N''-fluorodichloromethylthio)-sulfamide in a weight ratio of (a): (b) of 1:1 to 8:1, preferably 1:1 to 4:1. This mixture is useful in oily wood protectants or in paints as well as by direct impregnation with a suitable solvent.
Abstract:
Valuable fungicide having a strong action and containing a composition of diisopropyl 3-nitroisophthalate and N-tridecyl2,6-dimethylmorpholine.
Abstract:
A fungicidal composition which is a synergistic mixture of 2(methoxycarbamoyl)-benzimidazole and an N-substituted phthalimide having a combined fungicidal action greater than the sum of actions of the individual components. The composition is especially useful in preventing fungus growth on seeds and plants.
Abstract:
BINDERS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF PROCESSED WOOD MATERIALS AND BASE ON MITURES OF WOOD ADHESIVES, WOOD PRESERVATIVES AND ORGANIC SOLVENTS WHICH CONTAIN 1,3,5TRIOXANE; AND PROCESSED WOOD MATERIALS PREPARED THEREWITH.
Abstract:
2,5-DIMETHYL-FURAN-3-CARBOXYLIC ACID CYCLOHEXYLAMIDE WHICH HAS A GOOD FUNGICIDAL ACTION AND A PROCESS FOR CONTROLLING FUNGI WITH THIS COMPOUND.
Abstract:
A NEW MIXTURE OF (A) PENTACHLOROPHENOL OR ITS SALT AND (B) THE SALT OF AN N-NITROSO-N-ORGANYLHYDROXYLAMINE WHICH HAS VALUABLE AND NEW PROPERTIES, AND A PROCESS FOR CONTROLLING FUNGI WITH THIS MIXTURE. THE MIXTURE HAS A STRONG FUNGICIDAL ACTION AND IS PARTICULARLY SUITED FOR THE PREVENTION OF FUNGUS INFECTIONS.
Abstract:
2,5-DIMETHYL-5-FURAN-3-CARBOXYLIC ACID CYCLOHEXYLAMIDE WHICH HAS A GOOD FUNGICIDAL ACTION AND A PROCESS FOR CONTROLLING FUNGI WITH THIS COMPOUND.
Abstract:
Process for controlling fungi in which plants that are to be protected are treated with a fungitoxic amount of a compound having the formula IN WHICH R1 denotes a member selected from the group consisting of tridecyl and cycloalkyl with from six to 12 carbon atoms as ring members and in which R2, R3, R4 and R5 denote a member selected from the group consisting of methylene and substituted methylene with at least one of the groups R2, R3, R4 and R5 being a substituted methylene group in which the substituents are members selected from the group consisting of methyl and ethyl, the said substituents occurring once or twice in each substituted methylene group.
